I didn't like the fact you had to pay for parking. Also breakfast is only a cooked breakfast Fri-sun and "continental" mon to Thurs.

The hotel is situated inbetween the central and south piers, so a great location. It has a nice family feel to it

couple of minor things tv reception wasn't the best neither was the WiFi(same as most places we have stayed in Blackpool)kids have their tablets and usually download programmes and films to watch when away.from home so wouldn't stop us staying next time we go to Blackpool

very easy to get to all the attractions only 10-15mins walk in each direction.Staff were all attentive couldn't have been any nicer(i had read reviews before booking that the owner wasn't very nice but couldn't have been any nicer to us).Good breakfast to set us up for the day

The only thing that lets it down slightly is the bar closing quite early (10/10.30pm) and not much in the way of entertainment, but it is perfect for couples and families. As I said, it only lets it down a little, but if you prefer a hotel thats quiter of a night time, this is for you.

Location very ideal, about half way between the tower and the pleasure beach with a tram stop across the road from the hotel. We arrived and the owner immedietely popped out to help us park for the weekend. All staff were extremely polite and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Great with our boys. Lovely room, clean and cozy, perfect for when you come back to the room after the evening out. Breakfast was brilliant, can have as much as you like as long as you don't waste. Thats very fair IMO. Bar area spacious, with games room and overlooking the seafront. Dining room cozy but well spread out. Plenty of room for walking in and out to get your tea, cereal etc. Brilliant stay and would definitely stay again. Check in and check out was smooth.

Windows in our room did not shut properly due to broken catches so draughty needs coat hooks putting somewhere in the room and a big gab under the bedroom door

Breakfast was spot on, and the staff were very polite and attentive. The bar area is great to just sit and have a drink. Watch the sunset, and the bar prices are very reasonable. The location was great for pleasure Beach and for the train station .

On arrival i found it hard to get into the Hotel, their is no doorbell. The key to the front door was hard to turn. The tv in my room had a line running through it which spoiled the picture. The Hotel does not do cooked breakfast in week only at weekends. Breakfast is ceriels toast, coffee and orange juice.

The shower was very good, tea coffee and milk were provided and you get get more from reception if you ran out. The Hotel is near tram stop for pleasure beach and Blackpool. The staff were very nice.

If we had to be picky, the shower in the room stank of smoke & was really cold, Luke warm at best. Wasn’t an enjoyable shower. Paid for breakfast, we missed one day (our own fault) and 2nd day there was only toast / cereal on offer. Little disappointed with this. Chef was lovely though!

Super warm welcome, checked in quickly. Room was clean & tidy, actually could smell the cleaning products which was a huge bonus. Great location. Bar was great. Hosts absolutely lovely.

Water was not very warm from the sink and shower, draft coming from window in bedroom. Dirt on skirting boards and at the side of bed, mattress was slanting and quite old. Had to pay £10 parking per vehicle.

I didn't like the fact my shower was held up by a curtain pole rail, every time I showered I had to try and wash myself at the same time as holding the shower above my head

Seems very family oriented, which I love as our young granddaughter tagged along with us and it was unexpected and they where extremely accommodating pleasant and didn’t mind. Thank you

Spacious comfortable room, new carpeting, immaculate bedding & towels. Staff are lovely, very pleasant. Selection of cereal, juice, tea & coffee as well as full English plus as much toast as you want.
