Although it was a sunny day , our room was a bit cold. I was fine but the missus was complaining of being cold. Could do with a plug In heater in the rooms in case needed.& should offer vegetarian sausage .cos without the bacon & sausage.i had beans on toast with an egg & 1 hash brown.

We've been before , so knew what to expect . Like that its kinda situated in the middle of the promenade. A stone's throw from the sea.the place is clean . The rooms are clean & the beds are comfortable. The en suite is a good size, and the breakfast was nice small but nice. without a vegetarian option.

Room was OK. Roof tiles looked water logged and warped. Cement dust on carpet in bay window . Dusty all round room , skirting boards mainly lose floor boards at end of bed . red carpet runny dirty and stained, not enough parking . Whole Interior dated needs refresh. Bathroom shower head couldn't be moved it was stuck. Why small mugs ?. Curtains need sorting so you can close them easier , but did keep light out . Right handside window handle broken off and done others fitted just looked untidy repair.

Bar closed very early the parking was a hit or miss. Room wasn't the best and other guests noisy and easily heard.

Booking in on arrival no problems .Good breakfast the staff were more than helpful.

It’s a little dated, could do with a lick of paint and new shower head but all worked fine.

Staff were lovely and the location was perfect. It was a comfortable well sized room for a family of 3.

second stay here great value for money , very clean, friendly staff , great room with a very comfortable bed and a sea view this time i think it will be our regular stay when we are in Blackpool just a nice easy enjoyable experience, good breakfast on the Sunday too

Dated carpets and lounge furniture and the TV in room aerial socket not fixed to the wall correctly and therefore no tv available to watch but overall we had an excellent stay with Sammi a great host and the breakfast was spot on

I arrived to early was told i can book in early for an extra £20 if they had a room i could have why do i need to pay extra. I had to go back later at 3pm to book in i was in blackpool to watch the football that starts at 3pm .i was driving back to Scotland early in morning was told to park my car where people are leaving in morning and i would be able go early .come the morning the kitchen was locked the owner was cooking breakfast in there on door it said 9am open i was blocked in could get away when kitchen opened i went in he said clock out is 10 am at this time i was getting angry i had to wait for the other guests to come down have there breakfast and leave so i could finally get away 2 hours late hotel and property was fine the owner needs to change his attitude towards his paying guest

Love going to blackpool we were in liverpool for 8 days the weather was bad when we we got to blackpool so only stayed 1 night yoju couldn't even open the door to hotel someone had to open it
