The location of this property is good however it is so unbelievably loud. The noise from the streets isn’t blocked out at all and didn’t stop untill 8am. It’s really difficult to get any sleep. On arrival it’s mentioned about noise being kept down between certain times which is pretty hilarious for how loud everything is around you but something out of the hosts hands. Just something to consider if you stay. The property itself is pretty run down but does the job.

TV reception was appaling - found the aerial cable was broken. Only one lift was operating so there were times when the one working lift was full and we had to wait for it to go to the top and come down - and as we were on the top floor this was annoying.

Appartment was very nice clean and tidy close to where we needed to be. Two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed could sleep 6 easily. Flat fully kit out with washer, dishwasher and microwave, and was told there was free Tea and Coffee, but only had sugar and dried milk sachets! Site was a little noisy from nighclubs in the close area but this was only heard when the windows were open. we wee nth etop floor so had great views and balcony but was very narrow dont think you could get a chair to sit down on .

No bulbs in the lamp fittings, however the apartment had sufficient light without the need for the lamps. With exception of * * No baking tray - foil fix but better if a tray provided * Watered down washing up liquid - just didn't look great to use, again tesco extra up the road so no harm there.

Just a bit noisy but not the fault of the hosts

The hosts were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The apt was fab for what we needed and felt nice and clean It was very noisy on a Saturday night but was to be expected in the location. Thanks Adam for being so patient when we arrived.

Nothing to dislike except they say they hold your credit card for deposit and don't take the money but they do. It was return however within the 10 days.

It was exceptionally hot for the UK when we were there. The flat was extremely warm. There was a fan provided which was great but decent curtains to block the sun out in the day to prevent the heat would have been better.

The person that met us was really prompt, helpful and friendly. The apartment was perfect for a couple. Well set up, location is perfect for exploring the city centre and everything in the apartment worked well (WiFi, smart TV, iron, fridge, hobs, oven etc…)

The apartment was a bit shabby and could have been cleaner. There wasn't towels or pillows for the third person and the sofa bed bedding was very stale smelling. Returning the key was quite challenging at the end of our stay.

The communication with the apartment owner was excellent, both with phone calls prior to our stay and regarding key collection.

Got charged for drinks that we didn't even have. Was 10 bottles in fridge; even have proof of it as we made a video as soon as we come in.

The availability as it was last minute, the layout of the apartment and also the host Adeel was brilliant, welcoming and friendly.
