The whole apartment needs some tidy, shower, skirting and paint work . The coffee table was so wobbly I would not use it

The additional charges for couple of hours gor late check-out & check-in are bormt acceptable as many hotels if same range offers free. Also there was no facility of leaving luggage due to no reception.

Not bas as there were multiple options as well as Tesco just acros ms the street.

Cooking facilities were just OK. The dishwasher didn't work on the day but we loaded it ready. There were issues with the shower. Only one key for the group of 5 so access logistics was a bit of an issue. £250 deposit was held for a week before being returned.

Location was great. Nice view and balcony. Good sized apartment with plenty of social space.

Flat was outdated, and a lot of things in the flat were damaged and not working.

The communal area to the lift smelt so bad, this of course isn’t the hosts fault! When you pay £250.00 deposit you expect nothing to be broken and we had missing back of tv remote, marks on the sides and a broken unit near the kitchen sink took photos on arrival as it’s worrying you don’t want to lose such a large deposit. Still awaiting these funds to return.

Kitchen was a bit spartan. No salt or pepper.. Hob didn't work. No plug for bathroom basin.

Great little flat. Comfortable and quiet. Good location: little supermarket 100 yards away and loads of places to eat, if you like Asian food.

Location was brilliant 5 mins from all the shops and train station, and the best Indian restaurant we’ve visited just across the road.

There were no toilet paper or soap at the property. Easy fix as there is a Tesco right around the corner.

Only a few minutes walk from Grand Central.

Several issues, more around things being broken and not being noted at check in to avoid deposit return being reduced. WiFi password didn't work, pull out bed connection to stop slidding apart through the night (we fixed it 🤣), large crack in clock in bedroom, the "widow" doors didn't shut properly, one of the members of staff come up and gave it a more forceful shove than we were willing to incase we broke it, TV remote battery cover broken, and, one of the chairs leg was broken, still attached but broken, and there was no plug in the bath. Allthese things don't reallymatter on the face of it but when you pay a deposit you'd expect everything to be in working order to avoid loosing the return of it. Not had mine yet but also not been told I'm not getting it. All in all was ideal for where we wanted to be and what we wanted it for, would go again, just remove my nervousness about deposit by checking things out first and pointing them out to the staff.

It was just the right size, had the required amenities and was clean.

Only 2 forks, could have done with the apartment having 3 of everything. the sink dripped in the bathroom but we just put the bin under it. Other than that great for an overnight stay.

The location was great. We stayed midweek and it was quiet. Met our needs of somewhere for an overnight stay. Felt safe and secure.

Door on bedroom balcony was locked in "slightly 0pen" position which meant street noise considerable at night . Door needs to be able to be closed. No plug in bath but used shower which was good .

Excellent location . very good accommodation good facilities lots of pans etc Everything worked except TV on live function but Prime, Netflix etc were all free Plenty of toiletries etc . Nice people to meet and greet . Location was just on perimeter of Gay Village and close by restaurants etc. . 400 metres to Bullring and 300 metres to Tribunal Courts .

Downside of the central location was the noise at 4am from nightclubs emptying. The beds were not very comfortable - one had a big dip in it and the oven did not have any shelves and there were no baking trays.

Very central location, very friendly staff to greet. Good space.
