Absolutely nothing. All was perfect and well priced.

Everything! Lovely host, perfect location and very comfortable room. Nice to have real coffee, high quality toiletries and ultra good shower after a long walk. Would highly recommend this guest house and a stay in Beer- lovely little village and nicer option than next closest town of Seaton. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The fridge could be a tad larger and less noisy. Some very large woodlice walking around.

Jane is a fantastic host: very considerate and caring and she runs a tight ship. Fantastic room, ideal if one needs a "scrub up" while hiking the South West Coastal Path. Could not recommend enough. Clean acommadation with a cosy bedroom and a modern bathroom. Really good value for money, especially considering the wonderful location of Beer. I would stay again!

Annexe room is right next to main house Kitchen with just a door between and sounds travelled easily - Jane, the owner was very considerate however.

A very comfortable self-contained room, quiet and peaceful. A very comfortable bed and excellent nights sleep. A short walk to the centre of Beer.

Only minor issue would be for some that the tv had no reception which we tried whilst we were getting ready to go out. But no issue for us.

Jane the host was very friendly and showed us to our room. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent and we particularly loved the shower gels and shampoo! What were they? Location was perfect, just a very short walk to the centre and beach.

The internal door to the room did not have a lock. There was no prob- elm caused by it but you feel a little insecure in these conditions.

A very nice room with parking in a great location in Beer. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided, WiFi was good. There was a small seating area with views of the lovely garden, which we were unfortunately not able to make use of due to the weather, but would be lovely on a sunny day. The host, Jane, was super friendly and hospitable so we had a lovely stay.

The location is close to the village and beach. The room has its own patio and you can sit outside. The host Janet is extremely friendly and helpful. We were provided with glasses and snacks for our drinks and we were able to have coffee in the sun before we left. A perfect place to stay and extremely good value. Thank you!
