comfy bed , nice view from window staff very helpful I asked if I could have a extra pillow it was put in my room straight away the light went in bathroom that also was fixed the breakfast was lovely choice of cereal toast fresh fruit and yogurts fruit juice and cooked breakfast { help your self } the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels . there is a bus stop which runs every half hour out side hotel to go into Skegness it cost £2.00 so very reasonable goes into bus station for shopping and the beach

The toilet flushing was not brilliant, you needed to flush multiple times.

The staff, particularly Sam & Rachel were fantastic helping up swap rooms due to a window that was letting a lot of cold air into the room. They were very warm, welcoming, professional and made us feel valued as customers. The breakfast was fantastic. The use of the other onsite facilities.

Kids playing football outside the main entrance at night using the main way in as goalposts, bit grim really and noone interested.

Door lock and handle was loose security was called to break door down in bathroom as it had collapsed and partner was trapped in bathroom as was taking a bath, hotel staff did put us in another room but the same was going to happen with that door as handle etc was loose.

Can hear everything from adjoining rooms . Next room to us watching TV until 3 am didn't get any sleep couldn't gey toilet to flush properly.

unfortunately i found the bed and pillows weren't that comfortable for me ,so i had trouble sleeping. we all have our own preferences' so its not a reflection on the hotel, as everyone else had a good nights sleep.

the staff were very helpful and pleasant ,the hotel was very clean and tidy, the breakfast had plenty of choice and was nice and tasty. the only thing was that the evening meal had a limited choice because certain options had run out. if we were in the Skegness area again we would stay at this hotel again.

Limited plugs in the room (none by bed). When originally searching I did not realise that the twin rooms have 2 double beds. This was perfect for us but nearly missed! Vegetarian options both for dinner and breakfast are a bit limited.

Cleanliness of bathroom. Shower was hot and high pressure. Shower gel provided was good. Beds were comfy. Very quiet. Staff were helpful, especially the waitress at dinner.

It lacked the little essentials like glasses in the bathroom, a bottle of water or a mini fridge would have been nice. The bed was very comfy but it was a 4 poster and squeaked a lot

We had a penthouse suite for the night. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was super comfy. The spa bath was brilliant lots of hot water

Didn’t know the swimming pool and amusement wasn’t open as it was half term when we booked it , I feel the reception should of mentioned it as we told the kids we was going swimming they was disappointed, it was only me ton e we paid for it 🙁

this was nothing to do with the hotel but the disrespectful guests in room 238 who was playing loud mucic kids playing football in corridor and the mother do her hair out on the corrisor. banging doors. I did mention this to reception but could not be moved as full but the lady on reception said she would send up security but i didnt want to make a fuss as only just arrived. Like I said the hotel staff was more than helpfull I would always recommend I think its one of the best in skegness

the room and view was lovely very clean as usual, the breakfast is always superb and The location is spot on.
