There’s nothing we didn’t like,had to order taxis a lot to get up to location but worth it for the views and the house

What we liked was the fact it was in a quite location with an amazing view, the house as well had everything we needed for cooking our own food

Fridge and freezer were not working properly. Kitchen a bit dilapidated but usable.

Lovely location at the top of a hill in a quiet verdant area. Great views over Bath. Handy for getting to Longleat. Spacious bedrooms. Nice garden. Great bathroom with a view and waterfall shower.

It could have been cleaner but thats an issue you get with a lot of holiday homes I guess.

The house is lovely and private and has everything you need for a stay! Its very close to the centre - within walking distance if you don't mind the big hill you need to walk up to get back to the house. The hill also means you have a fantastic view across Bath so totally worth it in my opinion. Ed was very nice and made sure everything was okay for us.

Loved our stay in Bath! The property is incredibly spacious which was a treat after staying in hotels and was perfect for our needs. The owners allowed us to use the car park before check-in which saved us from having to try find one in town. The property is up a hill so it can be a bit of a hike if you are walking but this didn't bother us. The views were also incredible. Would stay again!

A bit scruffy in places but overall would recommend

The place could benefit from a deep clean, particularly the shower and the oven.

Really lovely home in a peaceful location just outside Bath. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. There was also great communication from the host.

First bedroom bed was found to be uncomfortable. If you used the sofa bed - no curtains on one side in the room. Could do with a deep clean. Dusty and extractor fan very dirty. Still stuff in bins.

Not that you can do anything about it, but the hill walking back to the property!

We loved the little extras around the house. My grandson loved the little animals in the garden and the elephants in the lounge. The property was perfect for our stay, comfortable, clean and easy access to everywhere we needed throughout our stay.

The walk back from town uphill is quite rigorous - we got an Uber from the station on day 2!

Idyllic setting, tucked amongst the trees, with a view out over Bath. It was very comfy and warm ( a little too warm!) Clear information passed on to help us find our way.

Great place to stay! Comfortable, warm, has everything you need. Very clean. Host was so kind. Easy to find! Good walk up a hill to get to it from the city centre but it’s close enough and cheap enough in a taxi back and forth to the centre.

Beautiful cottage with old world charm. Very clean & nest. Plenty of room for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen. Amazing views of Bath city, yet so close to the city. Beautiful surrounds. Very relaxing place. Highly recommend.

(* as mentioned above... Bathroom ceiling needs a paint) + TVs were tiny, and the smaller bedroom would benefit from a bedside tale/ unit + lamp on BOTH sides of bed).

(* The toilet flush is a little 'suspect'/ weak at times, and the ceiling needs a paint.) Otherwise the bathroom was great, and body wash, soap and shampoo were provided. :-) The flat has character, nice furniture and milk, coffee, tea, condiments, spare key and parking permit were all provided.

Wonderful location overlooking Bath. Off street parking with secure gates. The property was very homely and clean and was situated in a secluded area 10-15 min walk into town

Up a long hill - this wasn’t an issue and of course was the reason for the great view. Just one to note ….

Beautiful location, with stunning views. Nice size kitchen with everything you need, two nice bedrooms, great shower ! Loads of DVDs if telly no to your liking ….Plenty of parking
