Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI found the bed really firm and a bit uncomfortable so opted to sleep on the sofa.
Really nice apartment, very cosy and spacious. Everything you need for a stay. I was undertaking some work at Eton College and the location of the flat couldn't be better, a 5 minute walk. 15 minutes or so over into the main town of Windsor. The sofa is so comfortable and turns into a large bed really easily. I ended up sleeping on it for two of my three nights because it was comfy. Nice touch to provide some additional toiletries (deodrant, face wipes, cotton wool, plasters, floss, women's products). I have seen some comments about the door not locking. I wanted to reassure people that the door into the flat itself is perfectly fine and no trouble. The door to get into the stairs up to the flat is a little tricky, but the host provides instructions. In terms of it not locking I noticed that the other residents of the building leave it unlocked, so nothing unusual.

The location was a great base for exploring Eton, Windsor and beyond. Bus Service into the Capital was cheap too. The apartment had everything you needed.

FranceThe parking space is rather small and shared between the neighbours. Our car was blocked for some time with the car blocking us having a note in the windscreen where to go/call in case we want to leave. As we did not have to leave that day this was no problem and when we finally left next day there was no car blocking us. This potential 'situation' was clearly announced by the owners beforehand. Taking into account that the appartment is in a central location in Eton this is an unconvenience that can be easily accepted.
The appartment is located very close to central Eton, Windsor Bridge and thus in walking distance to Windsor Castle. The appartment is nice and well equipped. We came with two children and the sofa was nicely convertible into a large bed for them. The heating system is impressive, the appartment heated up very quickly via a remote controled central heating system. There is a parking space provided.

CanadaThere was "a slight cock-up on the cleaning front" and the cleaners didn't finish replacing the bed sheets and the towels in the bathroom, but the owner was very nice and provided the code to the linen cupboard, so we just changed them ourselves.
This is a nice apartment on the first floor of a small apartment building (there is only the ground floor and the first floor). It has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, all spacious. The bed is comfortable, so is the extensible couch. There is a subscription to Apple TV and other services similar to Netflix, so a lot of shows are available to watch whenever you like (which helped with the kids). The location is very good - on a quiet side street in Eton. Walking to the bridge between Eton and Windsor takes a couple of minutes, and to the Windsor castle 5 minutes.

United KingdomThe locks, huge problem opening the lock to the building and also the lock to the apartment door. Thankfully the neighbours helped us out but it kinda ruined the stay for us overall. Advent advertises parking but realistically there isn’t any nearby- we parked in a car park 5 minutes walk away and found this to be acceptable (free from 7pm to 9am) No blind or covering on the bathroom window so showering after dark was not an option.
Location (10 min walk to Windsor castle) and all the amenities were excellent

The property is very clean, very well equipped, has a really homely feel to it as well! I went for work so was working from the dining table and it was very comfortable! Check in was very smooth and Max was very polite and responsive as well :) would definitely stay again!
