The accommodation was in a perfect location for easy access to the city centre and for beautiful walks around the river Tay. It was easy to access and lovely and warm during our entire stay. The king size bed was incredibly comfy. The prosecco on arrival was a nice touch and slipped down nicely!

Advised owners that the mattress was dipped and they were checking this on departure. Slept fine but I do have a sensitive back which could be the reason they did not have a chance to change it before I slept in it.

The location is superb, facilities and communication is brilliant. Thoughtful treats on arrival and plenty of stock supplied (toilet roll, toiletries etc) Easy to watch streaming app on TV, very tastefully decorated and gadgets supplied. Wonderful.

Only slight change would be position of settees if watching tv. But appreciate it would be difficult to change position. We swung them at an angle for watching Strictly! 💃🕺🏼

We wouldn’t change anything!

This is truly an exceptional, modern and spacious flat in the heart of Perth. The owner decorated it so beautifully and welcomed us with fresh fruit, milk, shortbread and Prosecco. The Wifi was excellent and we enjoyed the smart TV for streaming our favorite shows. It was truly an oasis for us to rest and recover after daily bike adventures in the Perthshire region. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or baking, and also includes a hot water heater, toaster and microwave. We really appreciated having a washer and drying rack in the flat too. The large double bed was extremely comfortable and we didn’t hear the neighbors or any street noise except for the occasional rumble of a train. We parked right in the courtyard next to the stairs to the apartment and we didn’t move our car for our entire stay, relying mostly on walking around Perth or out bicycles. This would be a perfect flat for a long term stay or if you are looking for a place where you can get some work done while on vacation. We really appreciated all the nice touches and great communication with the owner and we got some excellent restaurant recommendations too,.

Lighting a bit dim, no big deal. Needed a few minutes to work out the heating system remote control. Need to line up driving into the laneway off the one-way Canal St very carefully, it’s a bit narrow. Gets easier though!

Handy location, quiet street and great apartment for up to 4 people. Spotlessly clean and well furnished, a real credit to the owners. Lots of small touches like flowers, fruit and even a welcoming beverage set this place miles above the rest we’ve stayed in.

Clean, comfortable, fashionable apartment with all you could need. Private parking in the courtyard. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook however as the apartment is centrally located in Perth there are lots of different cuisines and restaurants and bars available close by and a Tesco Express. Perth is a very walkable city, with lots of green spaces, trees and parks. Thoughtful little extras provided by our hostess were very welcome and were the icing on the cake.

There were no negative aspects to the apartment.

This was the cleanest self catering location that I have ever stayed in, and my daughter agreed, she owns a cleaning company herself. The generosity of the hosts included tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, jams, shortbread, all personal washing and laundry supplies - and best of all a bottle of Prosecco! The location was superb - very easy to find from the motorway, two minutes walk from a Tesco store and four minutes from the shopping centre of the city. There was every piece of cooking equipment we could need and a generous supply of crockery and cutlery. The timing of the central heating was very generous and an ideal temperature.

The apartment meet expectations and more. Was clean, and had everything and more to meet our requirements. The location was so central and close to all shops, bars etc and the apartment also had parking. When visiting Perth again I would stay here and also recommend to others
