The property is not called flashpoint so perhaps call the owner ahead of time to get directions as not clear.

This was a lovely property right near the sea with a great balcony (for those not scared of heights like me!). It had everything I want in accommodation, temperature easily regulated, great heaters and all the windows opened. Nice clean property and lovely to see the sea and seagulls from the windows.

Despite being one of Worthing's older structures, it has been renovated into a chic and contemporary flat. Its little terrace offers stunning views of the beach and the ocean and is centrally positioned. The host was remarkably helpful and eager to make my transition easy. Will return without a doubt

An excellent apartment, well equipped and ideal for a mini break. Superb location with a clear sea view. It is well maintained and kept very clean. Cosy balcony where you can enjoy the view out to sea. Great communication with host before our trip and were very helpful on arrival with recommendations for eating locally. We shall return!

i have mentioned it to the host and he made a note that i would have preferred 2 pillows rather than just 1. Also not their fault but the Sky TV stopped working half way through our stay (more than likely a signal probably)

So many little extras available in the premises, clothes airer, take away coffee cups, all sorts of bits and bobs in the kitchen. The host brought along 2 pints of milk when he met us, so may different types of coffee on offer in the kitchen plus tea. Location is perfect right on the sea front in a quiet area, loads of amenities to hand so relaxing.

Wonderful location right on the seafront - the balcony is a major bonus if you stay in the summer months, what a view. Very comfortable flat, well appointed kitchen plus laundry facilities if needed. The added bonus for me was being just a couple of minutes walk to my 2 favourite coffee shops in Worthing. Hosts are very responsive to messages and requests, and were very understanding/accommodating of my delayed arrival.

Bed was very soft but this is a personal thing, we like a firm mattress. We assumed there would be shower gel but we were close enough to shops to get some.

The host was welcoming and informative- the apartment is well equipped and the view and balcony is delightful 🤩 I am sure we will be back 😊

Excellent location and a balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Very welcoming, clean and modern flat with all necessities provided. Hosts were amazing, friendly and professional and went out of their way to help us stick to a tight time schedule. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Worthing.

The stairs were steep but nothing can be done about this Could be difficult to park but had a parking permit The bedding was clean and comfortable but would have liked pillow and quilt protectors Needed more cushions.

We had an excellent view High standard of cleanliness All facilities available and more Greeted by host who explained where and how !he listened to my request for chairs on the Balcony and next day delivered them. The Balcony was small but quant and the bespoke railing was sturdy attractive and we felt safe. The decor was fresh and clean especially liked the light/ fans modern look. We really enjoyed our stay very central location.
