This is nit picking and would in no way stop us going back! To use the shaver point the main light and extract fan had to be on. Same as when using the bathroom in the night the fan came on when the light went on and could disturb partners.

Room was excellent and spotlessly clean; we had a balcony with 2 chairs which caught the evening sun, two easy chairs, TV, tea and coffee, fridge, large walk in shower.

Lovely and quiet, a short drive from Seahouses. Large room with balcony with sea and countryside views. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Cleanliness was exceptional. Car parking a bonus. Accomodating hosts, Good breakfast.

Beautiful panoramic views of the countryside and sea from the balcony. Excellent decor and furnishings in the style of a boutique country hotel, clean and comfortable and delicious fulsome breakfast. Horses in the paddock, hares in the meadow and swallows in the sky, idyllic!

We could have done with someone taking the rubbish out the room, and changing the tea tray. Nobody came in at all during our stay, and most parts of the country are past covid restrictions, if that’s what they were. I have some mobility problems and we could have done with a hand to take luggage upstairs.

Lovely breakfast, balcony to sit out on which was wonderful. Very comfortable. Very quiet, which suits us.

Hard to think how it could have been better. Certainly nothing to criticise.

Great breakfast, quality bacon, everything cooked perfectly and served with a smile. The room was exceptional. Clean, warm very comfortable. En suite, again excellent. Location less than 10 minute walk to harbour. Suited us fine. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, very nice people

Cooked breakfast could have been better. Felt it had been cooked too much in advance. Only 1 dressing gown provided for 2 people but everything else was great.

Location was beautiful with superb views. Seahouses just a short walk away so no need for car. Room very comfortable. Cooked breakfast was Ok, a bit dry, but Ok. Bed very comfortable, shower excellent.

Room was lovely, very comfortable and with a fabulous view. Sitting out on the balcony was just perfect. There is space for parking and it is only a 10 minute or so walk into Seahouses town centre. Springwood is in a good location for exploring the area. Our Hosts were super friendly and extremely helpful and breakfast was very good. We would stay again without hesitation.

There was nothing we didn't like about this place.

The room was spacious and easy to relax in. The view from the balcony was amazing and fantastic for viewing the night sky. The staff where excellent and helpful and the breakfast was superb and cooked to perfection. It was well within pleasant walking distance from the town.

Nothing about the accommodation, it is a bit difficult when driving out onto the main street as there are often lots of cars parked blocking your views.

Well equipped en-suite room with a balcony overlooking the stables/paddock, great walk-in shower and very comfy and firm bed. Top breakfast with all the extras, our host's were most personable and helpful with an abundance of local information.

room 1 was very nicely furnished. the balcony was south facing overlooking fields with a sea view. The breakfast room was most pleasant and the choice of food was comprehensive. Service was spot on and Ian was an excellent host
