Needs a bit updating and needs some work, there was a missing panel in the ceiling of the bathroom and one of the rooms the light didn’t work in bathroom.

Online did not tell you that it was under renovation. The bar room and the dining room were clossed and being ripped out. Went to pay on arrival and one of the fire doors was blocked, (staff exit door) it's look is typical 1970s style, and is in need of the renovation. But its what expect for the price you pay.

It's on the quieter side of the front, so that was good, room was basic, double bed, small shower/toilet room, TV, kettle. It's a three star so don't expect the Ritz.

the only reason we booked here for a second time, was because we had friends booked in at the same time. was actually surprised with our rooms this time, the quality of the rooms was an improvement, although we might have got lucky this time as I heard others complaining and even saw one mans room, so if work is in progress to smarten the place they need to put a much bigger effort into it. I think the owners are missing something here, they could certainly do so much more without putting too much cash into it. really good scrub, get all minor repairs done modernise bed clothes and curtains and paint the walls and that would make a huge difference. then concentrate on tv's furniture etc.

The tv was the size of a tablet and had only 2 plug sockets in room which tv and signal box had to be plugged in to work so couldn’t charge phone or make tea unless unplug tv wallpaper was coming off the wall behind headboard was thick and blinds were all different sizes so had to change in toilet so people couldn’t see In

The hotel is just very dated, the rooms are cold and decorated poorly, tvs in rooms are tiny and most of the channels didn't work, the beds are so old you can feel every spring, overall the hotel could do with some TLC to make it more appealing, shame really because they have the perfect location to be a great hotel

Honestly it smelt like some residents were smoking weed. Me and my baby were separated from the rest of the group on the very top floor while the rest were on the 1st floor.

The location was perfect for our one night stay, close to the pleasure beach and sandcastle. The room was of ample size for a family of four, nice clean bedding and towels, beds were very comfy, we all had a goodnights sleep. Staff were nice and friendly.
