The windows were filthy as was the TV remote and we had a bad problem during the night with bluebottles (fly's) in the room, we killed 8, we don't know where they were coming from. to be fair, in the morning when we told the staff about the problem she was very apologetic and said she would look into it. When we went down for breakfast the staff asked for our room number and said enjoy your breakfast, there was a buffet style breakfast so we started to eat. thinking, it's a shame there is no cooked breakfast but that's ok...... however, 10 minutes later another guest came for breakfast and complained that there was no cooked breakfast and was told by the staff that there was, you just had to ask ... would have been good for the staff to inform you it was available.

I had no kettle in my room and found it strange that the broken lamp, that had no bulb or shade was juat taped up and not removed.

They asked for 50 pounds holding deposit, and this was not mentioned on the booking.com . I checked in on Sunday and paid the deposit , I have been told that as soon I check out, I will be given the money back. I have checked out Monday , and today is Wednesday. I am still waiting for the money . I am guessing it will take 3 to 7 working days . This needs to be transparent on the Booking.com website. I was not happy because it was a surprise. Please update the advert for future customers.

Very dark on arrival in reception. The bar was closed shutter across. (Was open at breakfast) The hotel was a bit tired looking compared to the online pictures. No refresh of towels and shower wash. Also, coffee supplies were never restocked

I didn’t like the fact that our toilet door look didn’t work and we wasn’t advised before also they take a deposit at the beginning it only £50 but took me by surprise also the never pick up the phone or answer the gate to open the car park. Space for car park limited also.

Room was very hot, no windows to open and even with the air conditioning on the lowest setting (16°) it was still very hot. We had to keep the door open to cool the room down.

Modern rooms with good lighting and facilities. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Comfortable bedding.

Carpet was threadbare in places, and it hadn’t been vacuumed prior to our use. Rest of room was clean however. Main issue we had was the heating. Even on the lowest setting the room remained stiflingly hot affecting our sleep. Left the room literally dripping in sweat. Mentioned to reception on checkout who said they would address the issue.

So close to Wembley Arena and the shops and restaurants, just a few minutes walk. Friendly staff. Nice enough room. Good value for money considering the location and that we stayed when a big concert was on at the Arena. Lovely big comfy bed and nice bedding.

Parking! No explanation before hand of how to access the back of hotel and enter. Really frustrating to be parking on a busy Wembley road and paying in order to sort this out. These should be on booking.com or other agents when booking plus £50 deposit was asked for which wasn't explained on telephoning before-hand. Reception staff seemed frustrated with other things at times but in general very helpful.

Excellent, generous breakfast, restaurant comfortable. Deluxe twin room was good size, big bathroom, beautiful shower. Everything modern though, no instructions on lighting or heating in the room though. Took some working out! As with all single beds in UK - too small! USA have small doubles and this room could have fitted those adequately. Great location for Ovo Arena and shops. Fridge in room was useful too.

The room was very comfortable and clean . It had everything I required and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the facilities - fridge , tea, iron, safe, toiletries, room was cleaned the following day. After a stay in a poor quality hotel in the same vicinity it was a breath of fresh air to stay in a hotel on par with the other hotels I’ve stayed in outside of London and U.K.

The room was in need of a freshen up, there were a few marks on the ceiling and floor and a panel missing by the wardrobe. There was no window to open and the fan did not make the room cool enough.

The hotel has friendly, helpful staff and is a 5 minute walk to Wembley stadium. The room was a good size with lots of storage space, a good sized TV and tea and coffee provided. The different lighting levels and underfloor heating in the bathroom were a nice touch.

Bar didn't open, but around that part of town, it's not too much of an issue! I suspect the prices were higher because of the football the following day. However, for the money I paid, I can't say it was worth it

The drainage system in the bathroom seemed a bit clogged as well as there were very few channels on the tv. The staff seemed a bit frustrated when we first arrived.

The size of the room was amazing and it was so clean. It also had easy access to bus stations and train stations. It took only 30mins to get into central London.

The morning after our stay at breakfast. Staff were not so welcoming. Was not clear what was on offer for breakfast other than the continental laid out. No offer of the full English that we didn't know they did until paying afterwards and we had no time left to have one. Even though that's what we would have liked.

The bed and bedding was so comfortable. Wasn't any noise from outside. Greeted by a very nice man at the main desk on arrival.

We had to ask to move rooms as we had someone blasting loud music into the early hours of the morning and the smell of weed in our bathroom! But we were moved and that guest was dealt with.

We were moved to a different room promptly after being kept awake until early hours, the new room we were moved to was amazing, very clean and comfortable!
