So close to the seafront and town. Stayed here 2 years ago and it was very tired but they done it up and it is a vast improvement .definitely recommend and stay there again. Very comfortable bed and shower was amazing

There were asylum seekers staying in the hotel which we wasn't made aware of, but in no way did this affect our stay.

The location is excellent for everything, free parking and good value for money. Would definitely stay again

Ok TV was too large for the room, needed to be about 30inch not 50. No restaurant or bar, need to look into someone to rent that area. Sure some local would snap up the chance at the right price. Put a bloody service bell on reception. With the dark panelling took me a while to find the service bell. No hot water except for 1 morning. Hardly extremely hot as you claim. Except when I had to boil the kettle. Plug sockets (have USB ports great!) but all down one end of the room. Take an extension lead

This was £136 for 4 nights on a bank holiday weekend. Pulling up you think this is a run down hotel. Got o reception & it's dark & dated. Dark wood panelling doesn't help. Area needs investment. First instinct maybe run! but this is a hidden gem. The room was in the basement, which was a little disappointing. It was small but surprisingly spacious and well laid out. I've stayed in bigger rooms with less space if that makes sense, Bathroom was big enough for a larger person such as myself. Room had a fridge, microwave & TV. Well lit, The bed was a little too comfy. Tea & coffee making facilities As a base it was excellent, secure, staff friendly and not in your face. Located about 100m from the beach and just off a side turning so not in your face, WiFi was excellent and as I needed to work first night it was very handy. This is a gem, thou Great Yarmouth really needs to get some investment. Opening Monday to Friday may help!

Bed room is little bit congested , duvet was not comfortable .

Property is located near pier, cafe, sea life . Staff were friendly. Lovely hot shower. Comfortable to stay.

Uncomfortable to watch TV from position of bed Windows very still to open Staff smoking directly below window, made room smelly. Room too warm to close window. Also talking late at night!

No heating and breakfast was just toast no jam etc and no co co pops for the children no juice or tea and coffee I asked a member of staff could I have couple saschets of coffee and milk and she said no I said I have a autistic lad needs his morning routine double room also booked very tiny

Only issue was the back-light on the TV had gone so couldn't really watch it properly as was just bright blue

Was worried initially after reading Google reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Room was small but perfect for just a couple of nights, was really clean and well equipped.

Room was small open the door to fall on the bed . Had to climb over the bed to use the bathroom such a shame as we love these old hotels with bay windows it would have been nice to have the whole room ( room was cut in half )
