Bathroom was abit grubby & black out curtains would be better for summer months. Very bright in the room from 4:30am onwards albeit a very pleasant stay.

Friendly staff (man at the reception was extremely helpful with recommendations and very polite) Great location for the theatre, bars, shops & restaurants. Good value for money. Hotel was quiet didn’t hear any other guests/or music.

It felt that my room was located in the old part of the hotel. The windows were "broken" and as my room was on street level you could hear a lot of noise. The room just felt a little tired and could have received a little more love. The TV was also not working properly. Apart from that, I do not have anything else to complain about

Great location for a solo traveller right in the center of Norwich. Great parking options right behind the hotel. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice. The room was big and spacious.

Could have done with a fan due to the high temperatures, but the windows were open to the perfect level for later into the evening and night so at least sleeping wasn't too affected

The bed and room felt very comfy, and the bathroom was a great feature with a really nice bath and shower

It's an old listed building, so every sound from other guests walking from the corridor, closing of closet doors, front doors, sneezing from across the rooms could be heard. But it's understandable. Good for short stay.

Very central and convenient location. Room was also clean.

The hotel itself in parts need some TLC and appear a little dirty. The toilets for example didn't smell very nice in the hallway so definitely need a good clean up. The walk into the hotel from the car park finds the hotel a little grubby/dirty.

Absolutely LOVED our room. We had a large suite and it was beautiful. Location of this hotel is perfect, which is why this was our second visit. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel or any food.
