Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe water throughout the whole place was luke warm at best.. had to boil the kettle to wash up and the shower felt cold compared to a normal shower even on the hottest temperature.. also if you paid your deposit in cash you couldn't collect your deposit back when you checked out you had to return to the premises at 3pm after all rooms from the previous night had been cleaned to collect your deposit.. surely they could just nip up and check your room and refund your deposit straight away ? We ended up paying deposit on card in the end and then on departure we were told it can take upto 7 days to refund.. it's not a great system really.. it wasn't explained that way beforehand Couldn't use the bath because the water was not warm enough.. we also had a leak in one of our bedrooms and bathrooms from the room above

United KingdomHowever, when we opened the bathroom in the second apartment a bad smell came out from it, and we saw flies and other bugs in it. Then in our last night we saw two bed bugs.
The apartment was very pretty. They gave us an apartment first, it was very clean but the internet wasn’t working so they immediately gave us another apartment . The location is good as it is in the middle of the city. The internet was fast, they had pans, pots, utensils and plates, so that was very good!

United KingdomThe heating in the lounge wasn’t working I was cold althrough my stay had to run to the room every minute because the heating works well in the room … And the whole walk way was smelling and the room, had to rush out to get a room fragrance to be able to stay in🥲 Different kind of smell please do something about it. And please leave instruction on how to use the washing machine. I hope I get an improvement on my next visit .

United KingdomThe rooms didnt look as advertised, tv didnt work, no wifi. Balcony with city view wasnt even a balcony or one that had a city view for thay matter. Rooms were freezing cold even with the heat on. Shower head wasnt even attatched to the wall. Room stunk of old food Was asked to pay £100 security deposit, told lady i wanted to pay cash she said with card it would be quicker as with cash i wouldnt receive it straight away when checking out.so i paid card to be told i wouldnt get my £100 back for 7 days, then they take 20 from my deposit because apparently there was makeup on the towels.dont think so. Booking.com i would like some sort of compensation from this stay. Shouldnt be letting them use the platform when the whole place is a joke.

United KingdomOn arrival I had to pay an extra 100 pound deposit which I'm told will be returned in 5 days. But I must of missed this on my booking as I had paid in full it wasn't made clear that this was also on top of our stay. We entered the apartment and it stated we should of had a balcony but we didn't. The flat smelt musty from the bathroom and there was no light so the bathroom was dark and the toilet seat had been broken so had to hold it on to use it. Stains on the sofa and only enough towels for 2ppl and not 4. We reported this to the girl on reception who said she would get something done about it. But nothing was. We had to return to reception to insist on more towels. Not enough plates for 4ppl. And we went to the shop to find some decent glasses to drink out of as only had cups and thick glass tumblers. No where to hang clothes. It was just one night so we got round the issues but they just need to get these things in check and it would of made our experience so much better. Felt the photos were taken when it first was all renovated where as now its clear it needs a bit off attention. The positives were its a great space and clean. Just needs a few attentions to tye finer details and sort out the damp musty smell. Room 608.

United KingdomCleanliness was v poor, dust all around, stains, on sofa, bathroom floor tiles dirty, appreciate they can be steam cleaned after each stay, best to cover the floor with liner, and that would help to clean it and keep it clean. No wardrobes, fitted clothes rail and hanger easily breaks as it attached to soft stud wall. My sister had a room with electric socket broken, big hazard with kids. Sorry but unfortunately the negatives then outweigh the positives. Sort these few things and the ratings will shoot up

United KingdomBed was comfortable but the generator outside on the wall of apartment was humming so took a while to fall asleep and one of the bedrooms had no blinds or curtains so couldn't change clothes or got woken up by sunlight very early' also as we had 4 people stay there were only 2 big towels and 2very sml towels to dry with and the smell of weed was lingering in hall ways.
