We were out all day and only ate breakfast in the apartment. This was our choice although the dining facilities are limited if you were planning to eat in.

Great location. Yes a bit noisy at the front of the accommodation but didn't disturb our stay. Beds very comfy. Great place to stay to explore Liverpool. Very central.

Noisy until the early hours of the morning due to group sitting on pavement beneath front bedroom window - the back twin bedroom was much quieter.

Well-equipped apartment, easy to walk to all city's sights, lots of great restaurants nearby, close to Lime St station

Instructions to collect keys to the unit was not sent in email. I had to call Booking.com customer service who sent instructions via Whatsapp immediately. Also the unit on level 3 is a walk-up. Not convenient for elderly or middle aged like me with several heavy luggages which can be very challenging.

The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen room & tv room with 5 seater sofa. Perfect for a family of 4 to 6. Both bedrooms also has tv! The cleanliness is superb. All furnitures and furnishings are brand new. Kitchen has complete utensils including microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking oil and basic ingredients. Being on level 3 the 2nd bedroom and sofa room has nice view overlooking main road and a heritage looking church. Good location about 12 minutes walk to Lime Street train station.

These comments are not really complaints the door into the back bedroom creaked so we oiled the hinge and the remote in the lounge for the television did not work with out a lot of fiddling anyway we managed.

The location was excellent and the flat suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, the bedding was of a high standard. The kitchen was clean and had all the facilities one needed including some useful food items.

The wi fi was mostly working just in the living room. The room at the street was a bit noisy. There is no shower gel or shampoo at the bathroom, so you have to bring your own

The location is great, the bus stop is right in the front, Hannah is very friendly, the appartament was spacious, the check in & check out were quick

Very nice , clean and spacious apartment for really good value , beds were also very comfortable. Had everything we needed and it’s in perfect walking distance to the city centre , shops and pubs/bars right around the corner. Easy communication to get into the apartment no problems at all checking in, would definitely recommend if you’re going over for a weekend!

Only issue was the front bedroom was on a busy street. Late night busking and shouting interrupted sleep

Location was great, just at the top of Bold Street where there were lots of restaurants. Easily walkable from the station. Very clean and modern. There was cooking oil, tea coffee and a nespresso machine - we couldn't find any water glasses/cups though but possibly we just didn't look hard enough
