Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomthe room was a bit smaller then what i expected. also wasn't too happy about the tray services as i had requested some wine glasses and plates online, and there was no mention to any charges prior to my arrival
the room was very nice and cosy, clean and modern styling. showers where nice and hot as well as the bed being nice and comfy. would defo recommend to anyone staying. free parking too so you can come and go as you like and in a ideal locaton.

Lovely hotel in a great location, just steps away from the Richard III visitor centre and cathedral. Beautiful decor throughout, sympathetic to the age of the building. Lots of little extras in the room like a coffee pod machine and Dyson fan add to the comfort.

From the minute you walked in the smell was amazing, it smelt clean and fresh and was spotlessly clean . We had a deluxe double room , it was tastefully decorates to the period of the property, beautiful carpets throughout. King size bed with high quality bedding that was super comfortable. Complimentary tray with an assortment of tea and coffee pods for the coffee machine and some shortbread biscuits. Very nice touch . The bathroom was wow . Large walk in rain shower. Stunning tiles around the sink area , lovely complimentary toiletries from the white company. Only regret I wasn't staying for longer .

United KingdomThe room safe did not work. Upon inspection the batteries in the door were crudded so it looked like it could have been an easy fix. The coffee machine leaked very badly. Woke up to find that the water tank had emptied over night and the base of the electric kettle was now stood in a pool of water. The most concerning thing though was somebody entering our room at 7:40 in the morning. I shouted out and the person appologised and said that he was security. This was on the 2nd morning of our 3 night stay. It is good to have security looking around the building, but surely they should be informed of which rooms are occupied and not to be entered.
Quiet room, apart from noisy late night revellers shouting and slamming room doors at 11:30, but that was no fault of the Hotel. The room was spotless and the bathroom very clean. Tea and coffee making supplies were replenished daily and of good quality. The staff that I had contact with at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
