We paid for a early arrival for 2pm but you didn't let the cleaning lady know. So please could you refund us for that please. Even though the bed in the second bedroom was comfortable I didn't like how low it was.

We liked the decor, the apartment was lovely and clean and also that you supplied toiletries which smelt lovely. Also tea and coffee provided great after a long journey before getting your own supplies. We meet the cleaning lady and she was lovely, very friendly and helpful.

No wifi. Despite from the moment we arrived asking about it and being advised someone would call in the morning to help nobody arrived. Had no wifi in the apartment all weekend. Managed to connect to others. Bit of a shame

Having read the reviews that Wi-Fi was not working, I specifically contacted the host and asked if this could be rectified before our arrival, I was staying with 2 teenage girls so therefore Wi-Fi was crucial for them. I was told that this would be sorted. You can imagine my disappointment when we arrived to find not only was the Wi-Fi not working, it was not even installed as it did not show up as an option on any device and there was no evidence of a router, so complete false advertising that there is free Wi-Fi. I wrote an email to the host and was given a standard response saying I would receive a reply within 3 days… I’m still waiting a week later so it looks like that has been ignored.

Being really picky …. A nonslip may for shower would be useful . Other than that , nothing , lovely apartment!

Fabulous apartment in Staines with top notch facilities.Spotlessly clean, with toiletries , tea , coffee and even a washer dryer. Very handy for Twickenham (short train journey) and nearby to lots of pubs and restaurants in Stains itself . We only stayed one night, but we will be back when it that neck of the woods .

Despite advertising as having Wi-Fi, this property did not. For two weeks we received platitudes that this would be resolved and they did not come close. This cost me in added data charges and delays in my business. And associated to this was a television that did not work without a connection. Tolerable for a couple of days but two weeks was unacceptable. FYI, to prepare this review while I sit in the location to type this I need to access on my data system, for which I am charged probably an additional $200US. Not good folks. Pretty deceptive

I would not recommend staying here unless you want this company charging your card for stupid stuff! I stayed with my 2 year old son, we had no hot water the first 2 nights and we then had to move to another room! Which itself was such a hassle. Now I have been charged £500 for smoking! Which is absurd as I don’t smoke and would not even smoke with my child. I am single mother who now needs to deal with this stress. Do not stay here they will accuse you of damage or whatever and and on charges!!

Don't stay here if you want a good night's sleep. Let me get the good things out of the way first. The apartment is newly refurbished and clean. That's it. Now for the bad. Wi-Fi doesn't work using the instructions sent via email or the instructions within the apartment. So you spend an hour following the instructions trying to get it to work with no luck, just frustration. There is also no phone signal, so you struggle to call guest services to help. If you happen to get any type of phone signal, you're lucky and you shouldn't move from that spot until you've sorted your issues out with guest services as from experience, the signal moves, so you may not get signal.in the same place next time, if at all. Guest services tell you to just use the default details on the wifi router and that there is work being done on WiFi in the area which is out of their control but Reading the reviews, it seems they've been telling everyone that complains about WiFi not working the same thing for over a year. So I call this BS. TV doesn't work - can't get any channels. Gave up in the end. You're given 2 hand towels, that's your lot for showering. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, clearly a cheap mattress. The blinds are absolutely useless, may as well just have no blinds at all. All night the bedroom is lit up, there's a very bright light on a motion sensor located just above the bedroom window (external). This lights up the room like a Christmas tree whenever the sensor is triggered. May as well sleep with the lights on all night. Kids running up and down the stairs at 2am, making a noise, banging doors and waking everyone up. The stairs are laminate, so the noise is horrendous. Traffic noise all night. Basically, the glossy photos of these apartments look good. They seem like a professional management company but when it comes to the crunch, it's all a bit of a joke, unfortunately at your expense.

No wifi, it didn’t actually work i also got stuck outside two time because i was give the wrong code on two occasions , the bed was uncomfortable. The blind are paper and not actually blinds which cheapens the aesthetic of the property
