We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room far exceeded our expectations and was very large. The spa area was great and the treatments we had were some of the best massages at a spa hotel. I’d highly recommend.

United KingdomAt breakfast the coffee machine was broken and no alternative was offered. The cushions on the bed had a very bad odour which made the room smell dirty. The room doors do not shut quietly so sleep was disturbed by other guests. The mattress had seen better days and was not as comfortable as expected.
I liked the view from the window in the room. I liked the location of the hotel. I liked having a sofa in the room. Tea and coffee facilities good.

United KingdomLack of consideration of customers’ needs in the design and what was probably an expensive refurbishment. Lighting in the bedroom is ridiculous! Either 8 bright spotlights or a tiny bedside reading bulb. Total lack of consideration that half the population is female, so smaller than the men who designed and fitted it. starting with a very high mirror over a deep sink: I couldn’t see to put in my contact lenses or clean my teeth and had to use the full length wardrobe mirror for putting on moisturiser and make up. The shower was so high I couldn’t reach it and to put the floor standing tap and shower for the huge bath at the back of it, with no other access, was totally thoughtless and impractical. I couldn’t reach over to turn it on. The height of the cupboard containing tea and coffee is too high to be able to pout boiling water safely.

United KingdomOn booking an evening meal in the restaurant we had to wait nearly 45 minutes for our meal and when we had eaten it we sat at the table another 35 minutes for a waiter to come take our plates away so we could order a sweet , nobody came so we left the table and went to our room.I think it was absolutely so disappointing considering the hotel took 40 Pounds each towards the bill that was in total 42 pounds then told they don’t give you back the outstanding amount and we could not use it on drinks , it was daylight robbery and I will certainly not recommend this hotel and if they had any decency they would refund our money in total I’m very very disappointed and annoyed it was our wedding anniversary and I expected a nice stay.
The breakfast was grossly overpriced, lve eaten better at a transport cafe it wasn’t hot .nothinng short of rubbish at 17 pounds 50 l expected a lot better and I connot say one good thing about it im sorry.

United KingdomWanted to stay at the hotel and watch the funeral but no TV anywhere in the lounge etc. Shame, as probably would of stayed for lunch. From someone who works in the industry, the lounge area used as a still area in the evening is not a great look, polishing cutlery etc. And the lounge/bar area needed attention to cleanliness. Some sort of booklet in the room with hotel timings, restaurant, spa etc. How to work TV etc. But overall excellent stay, thanks!
