Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNot really anything to list. Was it perfect...no, but to be honest the fact it wasn't perfect added to its charm. Waking up to the views every morning with a coffee and croissant was just perfection. Oh and yes there was limited head room in places, and given that I'm 6'4" this did pose an issue. However a bit of ducking here and there was no trouble and added to the adventure
We stayed in the crows nest right at the top of the building. So charming, well equipped and with spectacular views. Perfectly positioned for strolls around the town. Loved every bit of it. Elliott was on hand when needed and kindly arranged an early check in. Thanks go to him.

AustraliaA bit noisy my first night there…other guests checking in. There was also something going on with the cistern in the bathroom…constantly heard the water and the refrigerator was very noisy too. First night I kept waking up with these noises. Second night I slept better as I was so tired. Had to park a good walk away, but owners explained this prior to arrival. First night I had to pay for this, but the second night I managed to park in the street.
Beautiful well-equipped property. Loved the view out the window. I would stay here again. No staff were onsite whilst I was there but messages of how to get in were clear, easy and timely to my stay. The town itself was lovely too. Lots of places to eat and lots of local things to do.

United KingdomThe river view from the apartments was spectacular. Our hosts Elliott and Becca responded immediately to any query we had, and were incredibly accommodating. They let us know when the apartment was ready, meaning we could get in much earlier, and when we needed an extra night, they gave us a discounted rate. We stayed in two apartments, and they were both great. Sunday lunch at the restaurant was superb.

United KingdomWe were very disappointed to find the restaurant closed with no notice. We were really looking forward to trying your food and this really detracted from our stay. Hopefully if we come again we can rectify this. There were no logs for the burner. One light bulb over the kitchen worktop was missing and 2 other ceiling lights were not working.
Great location with even better view. Wonderful apartment. Will be returning.

United KingdomThere were a couple of things missing that would make this a ten out of ten property - chopping board, colander, a diagram/instructions for the oven/grill (the pictures on the actual oven have worn away so it was difficult to work). A small table and chairs. Lastly just a couple of safety recommendations. The screw on the inside of the wardrobe needs filing off. My Husband cut himself twice and in the end we had to stick a hat on it as a reminder. The fridge needs securing as it tips forward if not careful, when you open it. These are very small things that did not spoil our stay but would make it an even better one.
Great location, at the very end of the main high street. Nice and quiet but great access to pubs and restaurants, a short walk away. The view from the living room is fabulous. The property was qwerky and provided most of the essentials for a self catering apartment. The host was quick at responding to questions.

Location was incredible, quiet spot but close to everything (it is a small town) - and right across from a couple of my favourite pubs! The restaurant is perfect and we ate there twice, best meals we had the whole trip. But what really made this outstanding was the host's warmth and helpfulness.
