The walls were pretty thin, we heard noises from other rooms. They don’t offer slippers and the towels weren’t changed every day.

The location was a big plus, there were metro stations near by, restaurants. The room was clean and the staff cleaned it everyday. The welcoming was nice and we received an invoice without even asking which really helped us.

Could have done with more towels, only 2 medium sized ones supplied, ladies like one for their wet hair too. I wasn't sure of the security as the front door key also opened the room door. I personally wondered if my key opened all the rooms!! There was no way of double locking the door when inside as the 'snib' was missing.

The room was clean and had everything we needed and tea and coffee making facilities.

Hotel doesn't have a lift, only stairs.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful historical building and location is excellent (around 10 min on foot to Olympia exhibition centre and train station). Staff was super friendly and helpful, I felt welcome and safe at the hotel. Despite fire station being nearby, I slept very well and couldn't hear any much noise from the outside. In front of the hotel is a small terrace with a could of tables and chairs where you can relax and enjoy some sun. Bathroom seemed to be recently renovated, so everything was spotless and in a perfect working condition. There is plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as Westfield shopping center.

Only small complaint was our room was at the very top of the hotel, lots of steep steps to carry luggage up to which I wasn't aware of. Just a small note for any one who struggles with stairs.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly! Room was super clean, everything we needed for a short stay. Great location as well. Great value for money!

Only downside were the not so strong WIFI, and the many police cars and ambulances passing by during the night. But then again, our room was out front, and with windows closed we could still get a good night’s rest.

Great location: The hotel is about 10 mins on foot from the Hammersmith Tube station (direct connection to Heathrow Airport), there’s also a bus station in front of the hotel. A Tesco is about 100 m away, very convenient. Westfield Shopping Center is only a few bus stops away. Very clean and comfortable: The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable, staff super friendly.

I booked a triple room (which is hard to find in London at this price) and I found it a bit cramped. There wasn't a lot of room to open our suitcases. There is no lift, however, we were lucky enough to stay on the first floor so we didn't need to walk up that many steps. I also found the hotel to be a bit far from the city center. This is, of course, clear by looking at a map, but be aware that it's always around 10 Tube stations away from London city center.

Clean room and friendly staff who safely stored our luggage several hours before checking in. The location is a quick 10-minute walk from either Hammersmith or Shepherd's Bush station. There were quite a few nice cafés and restaurants around the area.

The walls or the door do not soundproof properly, so you can hear other guests.

The property is close to two main metro stations, a Big Tesco and lots of other shops. Cozy rooms, nice bathrooms, plugs, USB sockets, toiletries and even an international socket in the room.

I went alone for the first 4 days, and the lock on the door didn't feel super safe. The noise from the other rooms is LOUD, I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper.

The room was super clean, in fact it was cleaned everyday. The staff was super helpful, and even helped my boyfriend out when he arrived at the hotel :) Location-wise, it's a calm neighborhood, with a lot of coffee shops, transportation and restaurants. The wi-fi was okay!

However, the tea bags provided in the room tasted really unpleasant, leaving me to wonder if it was perhaps past its expiration date. It also lacks appropriate accommodations for individuals with mobility challenges.

Comfortable accommodation, situated close to the underground and a supermarket in a nice area. The location was convenient for accessing amenities. The room was spacious, equipped, and the room itself was warm and inviting.

The room was tiny. There is not even space for a carry-on luggage, you have to move it to open the bathroom/entrance door. You do not hear street noises, but you hear people speaking in the next room and this can be quite loud. The water in the shower takes about a minute to get hot (but after that runs well and has good pressure)

Many good things about this hotel: location (within 10 min walk from several metro stations and from Olympia); easiness to check-in and check-out; friendly staff; fast and stable wi-fi (able to support zoom calls). Everything was clean: room, bathroom, linens, towels. Sound-proof windows so that the street noise is muffled. Finally, the value for money in this part of London is of course very good.

Unfortunately, the hotel is close to the fire station and the fire trucks did wake me up a couple of times during the night but I was able to go back to sleep.

Excellent location, near the conference I was going to and near many restaurants, pubs and shops, near Hammersmith tube station. The front of the hotel is enclosed by a hedge with a couple of tables in front. The room was very clean and had the most essential amenities.
