Great value for money, room & bedding was clean, I wasnt expecting the small kitchenette with kettle, fridge, mini freezer plus some free tea & coffee - very welcoming! Had a decent size wardrobe and and small drawer cabinet in the room so plenty of storage although i didnt use it for one night. I had messaged the Host to ask if i could amend the check-in time & they responded very quickly and was able to meet my request. Location is good for parking, stand a good chance at getting a spot on the free roads. Would stay here again!

Thought we had a cooker and hob in room but we had to use communal space. Was fine though. Parking is tricky but found a space in the end.

Brilliant Location for railway Station We were walking the Tamara Coast to Coast So nipped over bridge and caught the train for 3 days Room very clean , decent size fridge, water in fridge, able to use main kitchen area downstairs Provided breakfast cereal and bread Also bus stop outside station, so popped into town for evening meal Given key code for main door and room inside promptly before arrival

Room on the small side, do you need all kitchen equipment in the room when there is also a communal kitchen?

Unusual accommodation as completely self service, so no contact with staff whatsoever. Codes for front door and room emailed a couple of days prior to arrival. Rooms very well equipped, even has a small kitchenette. 5 mins walk to the station.

Some guests made a very loud laughing noise at 2am. Some guests didn't seem to close/lock the front door. It's critical, because the accomodation is not manned.

Toilet didn’t flush very well and the shower has no water pressure. The double bed sank in the middle, it felt that we were sleeping tilted towards the middle.

Great facilities. The small studio was adorable, located on the top floor. The hotel was easy accessible and within a walking distance from city centre (about 20 mins). Also has a comunal area, very well equipped. I did not see any staff but also there was no issues or need for it. The indications provided prior arrival to the hotel were very clear.

Unfortunately the temperature regulator of the radiator was damaged so we couldn't turn the radiator off and because the heating was controlled centrally, it wasn't possible to turn off the heating until late at night. No manager was present inside the building so contacted the manager's mobile number but obviously he said that he can't have it repaired that night. We left the next morning so not sure if it was fixed or not. The next annoying thing was the triggering of the sensor of the room light bulb at the room's entrance. The sensor is located in such a awkward place that it is triggered by your foot when you lie down on the bed that is closest to the entrance.

The room was clean with a small kitchenette and all the necessary tools. It is within 10 minutes walk of the train station and city centre.

Practical, clean and comfortable accommodation, a brief walk from the station and city centre. Worked as expected. Basic breakfast provided, even though this was not part of the price.
