The shuttle service to/from airport is not reliable and tends to not be on schedule, so when it arrives, it might be overcrowded. Both times, I’ve ended up taking a taxi Or Uber. They need to work on this and do a better job. Other than that it’s my go to when I need to stay at Heathrow

Nice clean, comfortable hotel close to Heathrow. We had a late flight into London (Luton) and were flying out the next day from Heathrow, and this was exactly what we needed at the end of a long trip. The room was comfortable, the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast was very good (much better than expected). If you are looking for a quick place to stay near the airport, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Our room was upgraded, thank you. We stayed only one night but the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff in the dining room were very pleasant and helpful, especially Sandra and Alija. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay there again.

However, you need to pay an extra £16 per day for parking, and the cleanliness of the hotel is not that great. The room service e.g. cleaning, is minimal.

his hotel is very convenient if you need to catch an early flight at Heathrow. I've tried a number of hotels in the Heathrow area, and this is by far the best. One thing I like most is that they offer a variety of free hot drinks on the ground floor 24/7. The staff is helpful.

One single bank of elevators up to the rooms. It’s a long walk with luggage if you’re in rooms 240,340, 440, etc.

Clean hotel just minutes from LHR at a reasonable cost. The rooms are large by London standards. This is a no frills hotel, but fits the bill if you have an early flight out of London’s LHR.

Clean staff are very accommodating and nice. Breakfast was huge with large variety. Just stop serving too soon check out was at noon which was a huge plus as I had a late flight overall would recommend if flying out of Heathrow.

Always easy to travel to and from the airport. The hotel has a nice breakfast, and on certain days an evening happy hour. The rooms are comfortable, and having a kitchen is always a nice perk!

The public buses do not have any stops near the hotel, nor does the airport shuttle. You need to disembark at a nearby hotel and walk, which is no fun with luggage. Cab fare is 25£ to the airport terminal, which is ridiculous fora 7 minute ride, but your only option if you have an early morning flight.

The suites are as advertised, with a small kitchen. It is located close to the airport and reasonably priced. We had an early flight so can’t comment on the breakfast.

Everything! Great hotel with plenty of space. Rooms are stunning. We had a gorgeous room with a bedroom, living room, kitchen…. Amazing. Very nice linens. There’s a happy hour with beer wine and nibbles, all free! A man , named Ray at check in was fabulous. Very very kind and professional! Thank you.

I booked this hotel after missing my connection due to a previous flight delay. It was 1 am, and I was exhausted, so my main criteria was the distance between the airport and the hotel. Even at that late hour, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and checked me in quickly, allowing me to rest. Additionally, they were able to extend my checkout time for free until 2 pm and for a fee until 3 pm. Breakfast was included in the booking, and it was excellent. I requested scrambled eggs, and the kitchen staff were able to accommodate my request. The room itself was huge, complete with a small kitchen, living room area, and a king-sized bed. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, especially considering the circumstances of my late arrival.
