Fantastic, friendly staff. Tasty breakfast good selection. Fresh waffles at the weekend. Includes 24/7 tea coffee and hot chocolate. Sausages very tasty good quailty produce. Clean comfortable rooms, everything you need. Quiet at night. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

It's a little on the pricey side, which would be the only reason I would maybe not end up staying there in future - as we tend to try and find the best possible deals when we are travelling, and a previous time we had stayed there our room felt rather worn with tired furniture and grubby carpets. Though I think they have been doing renovations recently, so hopefully that is not the case any longer.

Staybridge Suites is my go-to in Newcastle. We have a toddler, so being able to have her sleep in the room, and us hang out in the livingroom area in the evening is excellent. I also love the furnishings (our room had been newly renovated) and the breakfast is great. It's also a short walk from The Baltic, the quayside - as well as 7 stories and the Ouseburn Valley, which has tons for us and our little one to do. Very convenient, with added touches like special events going on (we were invited to a free wine and cheese event while we were there) which was really nice. Staff are really friendly and always make us feel very welcome.

A more comfortable sofa would be nice for relaxing in the evening. 2 stools at the breakfast bar in the room so a couple can eat together.

Spacious rooms, extremely comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!!!

I forgot a couple of articles in the hotel room and the staff was able to ship them back to my city (ofcourse i had to pay the shipping cost), but it was really nice of them to preserve the items. The English breakfast included was quite nice

Room ran out of toilet paper and I had to collect it from reception as there were no chambermaids on Duty. Also had to reuse our towels 3 times as there weren't any replacements due to it being the weekend

Some mornings breakfast was cleared away very quickly even though people were still eating. Somethings like the fruit weren"t replenished even though there was still half hour of breakfast left. Watched people having to ask for things that had already been cleared away. This was disappointing as everything else in the hotel was spot on.

Lovely the room, location to water front and the town. Hotel was like home from home. Extra touches of help yourself 24/7 to coffee and even mini muffins was really lovely. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A shout out to Jason who was very warm and welcoming to us. He made a point of catching up with us to find out about our day which made us feel very special 😀.

I didn't like that I stayed only 1 night. I wish I had more time to spend!

Room was spacious, bed comfortable and everything exceptionally clean. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Perfect.
