Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed, and an added bonus of free tea or coffee at anytime. Staff were super, friendly and helpful. I have coeliac disease and felt well catered for at breakfast. I wasn’t asked to pre-order but had informed the reception staff. It wasn’t a problem and they were happy to plate my breakfast separately in the kitchen from a freshly cooked batch and toast was done in the kitchen too.

United KingdomOur stay was absolutely amazing. Once booked I received a wonderful message from the hotel asking if there was anything needed whilst staying there. I mentioned that we were going for a bday and offered a package. When we came to room it was decorated with balloons, banners, a personalised card from the hotel and two large bottle of beers.
