Nothing not to like apart from wasn't aware of the £10 parking charge but good value and parked overnight and next day.

Great location.. going to the Glasshouse for a concert, approx 8 minute walk... also great location for City Centre. Very comfortable stay, spacious rooms and excellent facilities.

Maybe reconsider where the smoking area is as it was a shame to have to walk past it to enter the building.

Fantastically helpful staff team who let us check in early so we could get dressed for the wedding we were attending. All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Parking on site was a huge bonus. Great location: 10 minute walk into the city centre, 5 minutes to the quayside and 10 minute walk to the wonderful Biscuit Factory art gallery.

Overall the experience was good, however the room could be cleaner and the pillows weren't particularly comfortable. One small detail is that, prior to the time of booking, it wasn't clear that the offered parking was charged at £13 per day, which seems a bit excessive. It could have been us that we didn't read the "small writing" though.

Thoughtful design and good location. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and not of a bad quality (as could be expected for the price). The waffle machine was a plus!

Only thing would be that the bedroom was very warm. Wasn't sure if you could adjust the thermometer.

The windows are non opening and even with the air con in lowest setting it was still toasty warm - not a complaint as such but just a wee personal preference to sleep in a cool room.

Staff were great and breakfast was great. The room was clean and lovely. It was awesome to have a wee kitchen in there too. Location is brilliant for walking into Newcastle

Absolutely spot on. One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, bed comfortable, kitchen was immaculate.would stay here again, staff were great. Even the view was great. Can't fault it.

A friendly welcome from all staff we met at the different times of day and night. Very comfortable and well appointed room. Great breakfast, enjoyed in the stylish and relaxing lounge/dining area. Good location when needed to have a place with parking. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for our anniversary after staying previously for a trip it was a no brainier, the staff went all out with balloons, chocolates and prosecco and a lovely card! Every stay has been a wonderful break, the staff are all so fun and helpful and it's easily become our favourite place to stay in Newcastle The apartments are clean, comfortable and cosy. They supply you with everything you need in the room and the pantry downstairs is great to stock up on snacks or drinks! The free breakfast is amazing with a huge selection!
