A few faults. In arrival there was no heating but they came the next day to fix it. We were also expecting a “large bed” per the description. We confess we did not take account of the measurements but this seemed to be a standard double whereas “large” led us to imagine it might be a Queen at least. Finally there was no coffee making equipment; we think a French press or a filter jug is a MUST for any aoartment

We had no hot water and could not contact the company to rectify the situation. The boiler had a 'service needed' message, which had obviously been ignored. Very disappointing not to have a comfortable shower throughout our stay. As previous reviews state, the check-in process is onerous, and the fact that they demand a deposit of £250 is, frankly, absurd. Lots of the fittings were broken/ needed attention. Many people have mentioned such things previously, but the company has not attended to them. I suspect this company is not at all bothered about poor reviews in light of the great location. Whilst trying myself to sort the boiler out, I noticed there was a riding crop in the little room. I didn't see many horses in Covent Garden... Stay Inn? Stay Away.

Apartment has some lights that don’t work instructions on how to turn on the fridge would have helped eventually worked it out using the sifdifferent light switches on the wall!!! Cleaning was not great and it is a little tired but functional

Location of this Property is fantastic if you want to visit Covent Garden and the surrounding area Plenty of pubs and restaurants close to the tube and right in the heart of theatre land

Petty, but more hangers are needed to hang stuff on. We had two hangers. This is not enough for two people.

The stairs are EXTREMELY steep and needs to be added to the hotel description as I am 4 months pregnant and carrying my case up to the top floor was not ideal at all. Flats below were noisy when entering the building and their flat at 1am. There were multiple lights out in each room and there are marks all over the walls.

Lovely having your own space. No outside noise could be heard from the bedroom. The location couldn't be better.

The process to confirm booking, although you have to upload ID and put deposit, it was straightforward! Just read important review before booking so know what you would expect. Some things were broken like 1/2 lightbulbs on the living room / bedroom and lights weren't the brightest, use the lamps which helped allot. Some of the windows were also hard to adjust. We got the 3rd floor apt which would've been easier to get to if there was a lift but we're young, we were capable, just be aware.

Love the location, close to Chinatown, shops, restaurants! Self check in and out was easy! They email you 10 mins before check out to email back once you've left (make sure to rely back before 10 to avoid late checkout) and the cleaners didn't disturb, only once you've emailed that you've left that they inform the cleaners - very considerate! Opening the front door was by entering pin which was easy! The deposit, although it's expensive, they gave it back in 24 hours, quick! Although you do everything yourselves, they did provide you with all the info on a book.

The booking process was quite frankly horrific and so would never recommend to anybody sadly. So many rules and treated like a potential criminal it really took the pleasure out of using this apartment as it was so stressful. The shower head was leaking.

The bed were uncomfortable and the pillow were super thin. Even though there is stove. U literally can't cook cook cos just a little vapour smoke the alarm will ring. Cleanliness is just OK. Kind of dusty I. The closet hence we didn't use it.
