The bedroom and bathroom doors were heavy and wouldn’t stay open. The bathroom light and fan went on automatically. Anyone going to the bathroom at night woke up the person sleeping on the couch with the light and bathroom fan. It was fairly pricey.

The location was great. The room was much better than we expected. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well set up.

It was not clean. We had to clean ourselves the sink, the bathtub, and some glasses/dishes after we arrived.

Perfect place to get too, very quite from busy city. No problems checking in or out. Apartment was bigger than we thought, which was great. Great experience would recommend.

Personally not a fan of electronic check in but that is personal preference. If you were to drive parking also doesn't seem to accessible. There is no room service either and not much else that the place provides.

location is superb. close to restaurants, tourist attractions, so central! the room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Kitchen space also provided basic tea and coffee which is always a treat. perfect for a weekend exploring the city.

Too bad there is no breakfast available No staff, I didn’t see anyone but it’s « ok » No view of the room TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, AWFUL ISOLATION, I almost couldn’t sleep during the night because you can hear absolutely everything from outside, from the birds to the bin and between the rooms. For a 4 stars apparthotel it is not acceptable. It’s a shame that we had a room for 4 and we only had 1 fork for all of us …

Really good set up- plenty space and good facities - great location Good to be able to get extra supplies - tea/coffee toilet roll if needed at no extra charge. Quiet location and bonus for crime wrotter fan friends as is just next to The Oxford bar. Handy walking distance to centre edinburgh. Really good value would definately use again.

the only problem was the water pressure in the shower and that the water would go everywhere in the bathroom, the shower could do with an updated seal in room 23.

We spent a weekend in Edinburgh for a bank holiday. The hotel is places in New town, 10 minutes walk from Old Town. The room was furnished with all the necessary, clean and tidy.

Booked this place knowing it had washer and dryer in room. Our washer dryer did not work. I was unable to do laundry like I had planned. Also got charged deposit fee that I am still waiting for that refund.

Apartment style with separate bedrooms and full kitchen and living room. Lots of space so people could have space. Good size bathroom.

It was little bit dirty here and there (bathroom for example). The staff did not come to help even thought they were prsenet and we were obviously having troubles making the check in.

The location was great, in the heart of Edinburgh. The room was spacious and with an AC and a bath tub, which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed.

"I have nothing to complain about; everything is perfect. However, my room was on the ground floor, and the sounds from outside on the weekend were noisy. It would be preferable to have a room on the upper floors."
