Scratched my car trying to get into the car park. Advise others to park away from the hotel.

The parking

The bed was abit small for two people but it was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was shocking but good location and our stay was very pleasant the parking for this hotel is an absolute joke it’s so tight the alleyway to get your car done I scratched my wing mirror getting down it they need to find a different place for there parking.

I arrived late night and it was pouring with rain, I asked where to park as preciously asked if any parking was available and the answer was yes we have parking at the back of the hotel and was not informed until I got there that their will be a charge of £10 for guest to park. That I felt abit off about guest pay to park, so I ended driving down the road by the coast and parked there, apart from that to be fair not bad at all. Thanks

Some of the guests staying at the time were shouting and causing a nuisance to others The ensuite is a bonus but it was cramped. the room was clean but needed some tlc.

The room was clean, good location. Everything worked and tea and coffee was included along with the softest ever towels.

The location was great , all staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Dog friendly which was a bonus.

The bathroom is outdated, but considering it was private rather than shared, it was not an issue. Pillows were very firm so I did struggle to get comfortable even though the bed itself was very comfortable.

The lady who checked us in was polite, friendly and very helpful, she explained any details clearly and was warm and welcoming. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies and nice towels provided. The gentleman who was on reception and the bar in the evening was also very friendly and helpful. We love the fact that we could bring our 4legged family member with us too.

The lady at reception was really friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable I had great sleep and room was very clean. The location is literally a stone throw away from everything in the middle of the two piers. It was great value for money and not noisy at all.

Charging £15 extra per night for a dog. Stayed for 2 nights, therefore cost me £30 .

The cash deposit was a bit annoying. But understandable.

Staff very friendly, room was clean and was big enough for our needs ( even had a bath) extras netflix ! Which was s bonus, struggled to get our phone data working but was given hotels WiFi password.

I have no issues with this hotel....but it isn't really suitable for the elderly as the stairs are narrow and steep. I didn't notice if there were any ground floor rooms.

The owner carried our heavy suitcases up steep stairs, which was much appreciated as we are in our late 60s
