Really like the blinds but I am ridiculously light sensitive so would have loved some dark/thick curtains too. It probably wouldn't worry most people though.

Functional space with everything we needed for a wkd. Fab to have free parking and for 2 vehicles as we were coming from opposite directions. Also we could check out of the room but still use the car park until 5pm that day so we could go to the thermae spa. Great central location with an easy walk to bars restaurants and to see the sights of Bath. Surprisingly peaceful room and a comfy bed.

The shower took a long time to warm up. One more mirror would have been nice in the main room. There sounded like a draining leak coming from the outside when it was raining heavily! This was really loud.

The location was absolutely perfect. The property was beautifully decorated. Good quality toiletries. The free parking was a great bounce and much appreciated. Cheek in was nice and easy. The room was well equipped. The communication prior to our stay was informative.

Coffee maker didn't work, but having a kettle it wasn't a big problem. Kettle could do with descale. Doors were a little loud when they shut. Full length mirror was in a difficult place but I'm struggling to find any real negatives.

The location is perfect. Only a 5/10 minute walk to most attractions in Bath centre, but so quiet on the evenings. Clean and comfortable, (bed is a firmer memory foam l, which suits us). Nice to have the small sofa in the room as well as a table to eat at. Bedding and towels were good quality. Well equipped and easy to make breakfast or a lunch etc. Large fridge. Staff were very helpful and polite, friendly and knowledgeable, made some good suggestions for eating. Shower was superb. Having washing up liquid, toiletries and tea bags there was very useful when we arrived. The free parking on site was a huge bonus. If wanted, you can hire bikes from there and cycle along the canal which is a 5 minute ride away. Only 5 minutes walk from The Rec, which you can see from the building.

The villa was number 10 and was very well located, just a short walk to the town. It was very clean and warm with everything you needed for a short stay in Bath

Happy with everything.

Brilliant location, within easy walking distance of so much, and with the bonus of free parking, very important in Bath. The studio itself was pristine, attractively decorated, with exceptionally comfortable bed, a giant TV, and space enough for us to have light meals in comfort. Kitchen surprisingly well equipped for such a small space - just don’t expect any of those left behind condiments typical of airbnbs! Our apartment was away from the road and very quiet. Staff were helpful and access was very easy.

I was a bit dissapointed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly- the sink had toothpaste circles where the past person had placed their toothbrush

The staff were lovely, and I would feel very comfortable approaching them if anything was of concern. The bed was big and very comfy, as was thw duvet and pillows. The TV was massive and it was great having options of live TV or streaming services. The location is ideal- just around the corner from the city centre.

Absolutely spot on, modern, clean, excellent location , had everything inside for a self catering. Warm and spacious room. Comfy mattress and pillows. Just a noise from a busy road outside, however just 3 minutes wall to the centre. Free parking and you could leave your car until 5pm on the day of the check out, early parking too on the day of check in.
