I didn't feel safe, bed was quite hard, pillow was even harder. The room was hot, with no aircon leading to a difficult nights sleep. There are no staff available on site. There were only two small sized towels between two people for the duration of our stay. The people above us sounded like they were rearranging the furniture all throughout the night and were running up and down the stairs.

The shower is tiny. Can barely stand inside without touching the walls. At least this is true if you go for the solo room on the ground floor. Early check in isn't possible. I only got the email to check in at 15:15 even though check in time was advertised at 15:00. This normally doesn't matter much but I was already waiting for an hour in thr area to check in and put all my luggage down.

The furniture and amenities are nice and modern. The shower and toilet are very clean. Cheap enough for central London.

Paper thin walls. Bed hardest bed I’ve ever slept I. Main plug socket didn’t work. Plug hanging off wall in bathroom. Shower coming away from wall. Bedside lamp and clock didn’t work as cables were missing (stolen!?) and not replaced.

I stayed in studio 12 for one night only. At first, I had trouble finding an apartment, but I called and a supervisor came and took me to the apartment. The room was clean and tidy and had a modern look. Everything worked fine and I really enjoyed my stay there. I would like to go back there again.

The walls are thinner than paper so you could hear EVERYTHING the neighbours were doing. Also to lock and unlock all the doors you have to pull the doors towards you then twist the keys. It would be nice if they told people that in the checkin message than constantly hearing people kicking off about how the doors don’t work properly when they open the door.

The room was clean and it’s 5 minute walk to the underground station. The radiators in the room were very powerful and kept the room lovely and warm

There were two pillows, both super thick and hard, so not my preference and made sleeping a lot more difficult. Also, there was a red fire alarm light in the room, which was so bright it kept me awake a lot. So two small things, but had a massive impact on my stay there.

Room was well thought out and had great smaller details to make the stay more convenient and comfortable.

The staff. They’re non existent. I paid £20 for early check in at 1pm and a random guy (I don’t know if hes staff or what) comes over and was like my check in time is 3pm not 1pm ??? I was messaging the property owner and it took them over 30minutes for them to give me the correct pin code (the one they gave me initially was wrong:)) and my keys. An absolute joke of a place. I didn’t have access to my room till 1:45pm and no apologies either! Also I ask for wifi password the night before I was suppose to go back home and i received it the next day at 12pm :) bear in mind I checked out at 9am. Save your money and treat yourself to something nice, this place is NOT worth the hassle.

The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Very modern looking for the area I was in. For what you get, it is lovely.

The only downsides were the key did not work on arrival and the plug sockets were not working either so couldn’t charge phone but other rooms had working electrics. Only would’ve raised the issue if I stayed longer, it was okay for one night.

No hot water in the toilet sink or shower. Host's didn't send key collection information until 2 hours after I could check in so I had to knock and luckily someone was inside. He had to phone someone three times to get the code though so I had to stand there for about 10 minutes until I could get in.

Stayed after a concert and there was a direct tube line from the venue to the location (15m walk from Aldgate). Room itself was great.

All that we needed, including a refrigerator, were provided. The kitchen downstairs had all that was needed.
