More constructive criticism as you may not have even been aware, but the shower leaks into the next room right next to the bed where the lamp and the little stool are. I cleaned it up and noticed dry watermarks on the legs of the stool, so it may have been leaking for a while. I’ve attached a picture of where the sealant is missing in the shower cubicle, and the legs of the stool. Also the was used soap left in the shower.

Nice little room with all the amenities, comfy and convenient location.

The property was very cold as soon as the heating was off. you cannot even control the heating because the control system is located in the main property. in the morning I had to leave early and the heating system was not on yet. Also, the Duvet was a summer duvet and therefore not suitable for the winter climate. I ended up covering myself with my coat during the night to keep warm. the bed need changing, it is not comfortable

We couldn't control the radiator as the actual thermostat valve was missing. Fortunately it went off before we went to bed.

There are no actual television channels, so we were unable to watch the news or general programs. Bed was a bit low for partner as he has knee problems. It was just a bit more difficult for him to get up. Also found toilet shower room a bit squashed.

It was self-contained. Had everything in it that was needed for a few days. The area was quiet. There was off-road parking.

Poor quality mattress, didn't get much sleep. No WiFi (and very poor 4G/5G reception, although apparently it was because of a faulty mast at the time of our stay).

Good price. Netflix was a nice touch :)

Delightful studio

All was fine. The location might seem far out of the centre of Bristol for some but you don’t have the hassle of parking charges.

It is a self-contained studio in a quiet location. It is very clean with a kitchenette which was useful. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I could park just outside on the driveway. communication with the owners was efficient and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, easily accessible with off street parking. Very close to UWE Glenside Campus. All the facilities you would need for an extended stay, tv, fridge, washing machine, great shower and an extremely comfortable bed. Can’t thank Penny and Adrian enough.
