The apartment itself wasn't very clean, only 1 glass in the cupboard, the shower was split, the parking was full so ended up paying £25 for car parking when the apartment was advertised with parking. Contacted the host when we arrived to ask about the parking and was ignored. The key safe didn't work, the floor wasn't properly laid, the bed was really uncomfortable and me and my partner only had 1 wafer thin pillow each. Had to pay £80 deposit AFTER we booked which we did receive back once we checked out, but this wasn't explained BEFORE we booked that we would need to pay a deposit

The apartment was specious although unfortunately could have been cleaner. Lightning in communal areas (main stairs) did not work There was a frequent beeping in the building that was a little annoying while trying to sleep.

Location was walking distance from city centre and local amenities. Staff were contactable via WhatsApp and responded quickly.

Host did not mention broken drawer on the wardrobe, unclear instructions on how to use the stove, lighting in the living room, shower unit, had to look and find where more than one switch was to turn them on to work after contacting the host. Because of the city centre location, expect outside noise from the bars and clubs etc. There was some ware and tear on the kitchen surface that wasn't mentioned and needs patching up but that was a minor if your looking for a central location to stay the night but not too sure about a long stay?

Not bad for a spacious studio in town centre with central location and most amenities within close range. Good studio space for a single room. Big dble bed, big flat screen TV, wardrobe, washing machine, desk and chair, iron, stove and oven, microwave, kitchen, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils ensuite toilet/shower, 2 big bath towels and toilet roll!

You get what you pay for. But the booking lady was vey helpful on the phone, and available at 10pm, which I appreciate. The flat was very quiet, thick walls

The utensils still had food on them when I had arrived, so hadn't been cleaned. There wasn't a great range of kitchenware (no sharp knife, chopping board, oven gloves, or microwave), which was a bit inconvenient for me as I was staying there a while. Also, there were two police incidents in the apartment block in the three weeks I stayed there, and on one of the nights I was told by the Police that I couldn't stay in my apartment, so had to find a hotel to stay at instead for that night, because of this it felt very unsafe.

The room size and layout was good, the apartment itself was comfortable.

Booked with parking but there was none Bedroom window had a non-working blind that had missing slats Bed mattress was very soft giving little support and also sloped, we slept the opposite way around. Clean but just a very tired flat, hallway move so but I guess reflected in the price.

Grubby look and feel..outdated and pictures are not realistic. I stayed in Flat 11. Beware of steep stair case. No parking available as it's on a "subject to availability" which is not clear in the description. Noisy. Couldn't get TV to work.

I've stayed in 100's of places all over the UK and this rates as one of the worst, extremely noisy and the place stank of cannabis, uncomfortable bed and listed parking was atrocious so parked in a secure ncp car park instead

Pillows poor, had to clean cups etc, and clean toilet, quite a lot outside noise. Trim missing from kitchen tiles to laminate floor, needs paint in few places where heater removed , parking confusing where to park car.

Soons I walked in, the door was unlocked and there was McDonald's wrapping..I left my bag on the bed closed when I was in a rush, I called the property saying I left my bag on the bed, I came back my bag was open the place absolutely disgusting, mould all over the walls and bed..I have video's and pictures. I didn't stay there I walked out, never got my money back just the deposit. RAGING ain't the word.

Everything the cleanliness was the worst I have ever seen toilet and shower were dirty the room stunk like constant gutter the fridge was filthy I only got in the room late night or early hours in the morning you could say the bed was horrendous like there were no springs in mattress shower was broken if I could have paid nothing for it I would thats how bad it was no way the apartment was worth 61 pounds It did not look like anything that had been advertised and would like to get a refund please
