Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very close to the underground station, only a few minutes walk away. Lots of coffee shops nearby. Walking distance to a few attractions. The hosts were very helpful and prompt with communication. I would definitely book this accommodation again.

Finland- mattress without a mattress topper is a killer for my back (can feel the springs of the mattress). - none of the pillows suited my neck. - even the street does not have much traffic, the windows (single glazed) let all the traffic noise in. - CR has made its best to make people to respect others i.e keep the noise down, however, especially certain nationalities disregard such notices. The soundproofness is quite poor. My nights were spent with earplugs.
Pros: - Excellent location in relation to public transportation. Earl's Court has plenty of restaurants and convenient stores. Great hub to access anywhere in London. - Cleveland Residences (CR) tries to accommodate early check-in. Worked in my situation. Appreciate! - studio is modern and well designed i.e small space is well utilised. - clean. - attentive staff. Suggestions for CR: (1) full size mirror in a hallway would be a good addition as there are no electric plugs in the bathroom i.e using a hair dryier without a mirror is a bit of an annoyance and (2) a bed side light would make the space more comfortable (ambience and moving at night).

GermanyWe stayed in apartment B 11. There needs to be a small dresser in the room. Yes there is a wardrobe with hangers, but nothing for other clothing. There was no place to put our toiletry bags, make up bag, medications, etc. with the exception of the kitchen table which we used daily to eat at. There was an issue with our smoke alarm going off regularly every 15 minutes for a good hour. The maintenance gentleman who came to our room clearly did not know what he was doing. He thought he was going to take the battery out and not replace it. Now we had a different issue. Now the smoke alarm chirped regularly. I explained to him that he could not put the smoke detector back up on the ceiling without a fresh battery. He assured me that it would be OK which it ended up not being OK as I stated, now we had the chirping noise.

AustraliaIf is not dislike, but this is self maintained room, if staying longer (may case is 10days), it is better to get some instructions about topping up supplies and how to change towels.
The property is in very clean condition as soon as you walk into it. The room facilitates was new and spotlessly clean. Very short walk to ungrounded station, where two lines can take you to Heathrow Airport and all other City attractions.
