Nothing all good - would stay again

Great service and the meet and greet with a coffee was a lovely touch. Clean and spacious and excellent value for money. Felt secure and safe too and after all this is London so this was an important consideration

Nothing, our expectations were exceeded.

Modern apartment with everything working. Comfortable with everything we needed, we could even use a vacuum cleaner located on our floor (which helped since we stayed with a toddler). Free use of the laundry room to do washing (this was the one thing that made our stay outstanding as it was so convenient!). Location - easy access to trains and in a quiet area. Lots of amenities close by ie restaurants, coffee and grocery stores.

The room I initially booked was in the lower basement (as I knew from the price). I didn't realize it was right alongside and looking up at the outside pavement/road which I found a little noisy at night. In the morning I asked if there was any chance of changing rooms for my next 2 nights. The office could not have been more helpful and offered me an upgrade as a returning guest. I was so grateful for their help.

Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from Earls Court Underground and very good pubs for breakfast. Accommodation was immaculate and rooms a very good size. Beds extremely comfortable. Off the main road as well. Made to feel very welcome.

To be fair, I only told the reception at the end of our stay but the drain in the bathroom seemed somewhat blocked as the water didn't drain easily. That's not on the hotel owners, though that's on me for not raising it earlier. I'm sure they would have serviced this if I had spoken to them and therefore I haven't marked them down for this.

The space was brilliant and it was just such a cosy little place.

Bed against the wall on one side. Would prefer bed side tables on both sides. Difficult to use the hob and microwave. Noise of fan not great but it stopped when lights off.

Ceiling started leaking at 2.30am through a light fitting . Had to change apartments in the morning so couldn’t use lights . Day staff dealt with swiftly

We read before that there is an alarm signal once a week to test the system, but we forgot about this when we arrived and it was a little bit confusing when alarm ringed and wont stop for some time. Just remember about it, otherwise all good.

Nice place to stay in London. Near you can find shops, places to eat and a metro station to get where you need. Beautiful surrounding. Stuff was nice and helpful.

I stayed on the ground floor which is very noisy in the morning. The bed sheet and pillows were a bit dusty. Also, some of knives and forks were not clean.

I like everything about this place. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The building is in very good condition. The room is big and clean. The location is great. It's close to Earl's Court station, and just a few minutes walk to Gloucester Road station. The neighbourhood is lovely, very nice for a walk. Also, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer to use for free.

Perfect location, only a few minutes walk to Earl’s court tube station. The building must have been recently renovated because it looked all quite new. The studio was comfortable, cozy, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. There was also common washing machines and driers, free of charge. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for clean, safe, affordable, accommodation in the Kensington area of London.

Regrettably, the bed linen was dirty, and the thin walls allowed for audible disturbances from neighboring rooms. Additionally, noise from outside was noticeable, exacerbated by poorly insulated windows, leading to potential discomfort from cold drafts

Studio 1F is close to the back entrance and very unpleasant because of the banging doors. I believe it is used by personnel. The door bangs so much when it closes, that it wakes you up. During the day we were not in the room, but in the evening or during the night it was horrible. The doors shutting stopped after 1 am.

Very good location: 5 min to Earl's Court tube and 7 min to Gloucester tube. Few shops within 5 min walk. 20 min walk to National History Museum and Science Museum. Studio was very clean. The kitchen has a toaster, microwave, fridge, kattle... There was also a sponge and liquid for washing the dishes and a tea cloth. We also received a tea bag, coffee and milk for each night. We had an issue with the TV, which was solved after being reported. Personnel is very kind and helpfull.
