Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomProperty can display Wi-Fi details inside the room. It will be helpful to access the Wi-Fi. I couldn’t do that. Rest everything was amazing.
Courteous staff. Clean room. Easy check in and check out. If you are commuting by bus than it’s one of the best options as it is just next to to bus stop.

United KingdomOn arrival still hadn't received access codes,hD to wait too long for reply to txts/ Mobile call,then on entering Apt 3 Room 2,we found someone asleep in bed!! Apparently cleaner put this guest in wrong room. Then had to wait even longer to sort issue out,eventually in Apt 3 Room 3. No Bathroom toilet brush/toilet paper or soap/shampoo. Then on Friday 2nd Feb- electrical failure in Room/kitchen, relocated to Apt 2 Room 3-- wrong Room code given(sMe one as Apt 3 Rm 2) more txts/Phone calls- until finally gaining access,assured Then electrical problem would be sorted following day- no it wasn't. Overall- have to say whilst this may be a one off set of circumstances- certainly they where wholly unacceptable. As of today I've received no further contact from anyone in relation to these issues. It would be professional and good business to have done so, with the offer of some compensation for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to discussing that with an appropriate Manager.

Overall, my stay in this room was a bit of a mixed bag. While the small double room was generally pleasant, there were some aspects that left much to be desired. The communal area was one of the letdowns of my stay. It seemed to lack proper maintenance and cleanliness, which made it less inviting for guests. Additionally, the absence of any fans or air conditioning made the room quite uncomfortable during my visit. I was fortunate that the weather wasn't too hot, but I can imagine it could be unbearable during warmer months. On the bright side, the small double room itself was decent. However, the mattress didn't provide the best sleeping experience, and I found myself tossing and turning throughout the night. One significant advantage of this room was its location. Being only a 6 to 8-minute drive from the main town was convenient and made accessing nearby attractions and amenities easy. In conclusion, while the overall experience was satisfactory, I believe some improvements to the communal area, the addition of cooling options, and upgrading the mattress could significantly enhance the guest experience. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option close to the town, this room might suit your needs

IrelandThe noise from passing traffic through out the night was very loud as the windows didn't really keep out the sound The washing machine was very loud too .The kitchen was also not very clean (which I did not use).And the linen from the bed left me itchy!Also the other guests quite noisy moving around.
The price of the stay was very reasonable.

United KingdomHad to call in so they could sent the code of the doors. Apparently they forgot to sent all the details of the apartment. Only when I called and asked for it they sent it. Check in 16:00 I was only able to get in a 21:00 waiting for there response because they did not respond the chat. A lot of noise from the other people couldn’t sleep at second night because of the noise and slamming doors. smoking on the house. Kitchen was not clean at all.
