We felt the rooms needed a makeover,there was some damage to walls and the pedal bin had one foot missing,there is a need for a mirror in the bedrooms for ladies to dry their hair and get ready for the day.

The apartment was safe and very spacious and comfortable,bed was very good and hot water perfect.

Not as such as a didn't like but feel there's a snagging list that needs to be done for it to reflect some of the pictures on site. There are some kitchen essentials we'd like to see on a future visit this would include oven gloves and a dishcloth or sponge. Overall We'd visit again and definitely recommend others

Easy check in and out, The beds were comfy the apartment was warm, the outdoor space was lovely and tidy. Close by to the train station, parking on site a definite plus.

A warmer duvet would have been nice. A dishcloth would have been useful. Doorstops would have been useful for internal doors. The freezer had not been defrosted. The glassware was poor, only one small drinking tumbler.

Bathroom sink too shallow. No blind at bathroom window. Shower screen not big enough to prevent splashing. Although basically clean it looked like a periodic deep clean is needed.

Good size rooms. Nice and light. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped kitchen.

I sincerely believe that we were victims of a hoax. Several months ago we always indicated that we would arrive late at night and the host never gave us any problem. Until several hours before, when we were already on our way, he wrote to us to indicate another arrival time that I NEVER told him. When I tell him again about our arrival time, he tells us that no one can give us the keys and that there is only one possibility but we must pay 75 pounds more (almost 90 euros more just for giving us the keys). Obviously we were forced to pay because the opposite was to stay on the street and because he waited until a few hours before to tell us this. The most serious thing is that there is a box to leave the keys and that no matter how much we have complained to Booking, they have not done anything. The host tells Booking that he charges us those 75 pounds because we arrived after 12 at night (our flight was delayed) but the truth is that he asked us for the money long before he knew the delay of our plane. He told us that after 8 in the evening we had to pay to give us the keys (Booking did not tell him that). In short... be very careful because although we always indicate the approximate arrival time correctly, the host tells you another to try to charge you more and Booking does not help you. Regarding the issue of cleaning, if you do not use the oven, do not sit on the couches or chairs, everything is fine. No jokes... a lot of dirt for the money you pay. Lack of cleanliness. Of course we have made a complaint through the European Union consumer system and we await a response.

The location in the best of the apartment. Not far from shopping centers and with a pastry shop next door. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

No advice given at the outset - as to where to collect keys or access property. Questions were raised from the host company but no reply received. On first night realised that the shower mixer was not working - so water to the shower was only fed by hot water - or should I say dangerously hot!!! We were lucky that no injury was incurred. As two members of the party were unable to use the bath because of impaired mobility - the shower was critical. All efforts to contact the hosts either failed or were ignored - and this entailed at least ten phone calls. There were promises to return our calls or provide follow up - and this never happened. After nine days - no news. In fact some of our party returned home early.

A very comfortable property in an excellent location. Clean, tidy and spacious.
