Great location, nice apartment with a nice view, very clean and well equipped. Suggestion to add an expresso coffee machine to be perfect. Balcony was nice but with no cover.

Too many warning, emails daily, to not have "parties" that got to a level of simple disrespect. Very obvious repairs, broken elements too, which I had to photograph just in case, as they stated the place was simply perfect ! Main door lock was broken, skirting boards falling off, much more

The apartment is PERFECTLY located. The walk on the river bank in the morning and in the evening en route to and from our daily excursions was very very special adding an unexpected bonus to our visit. Big Ben being JUST there. LOVE it!

The property gets stuffy during the day without conditioning, though the fans provided does help. Check-in was rather inflexible. Although we have arranged a check-in time, our arrival in London was earlier than expected (but still after 4pm) we had to wait for about 1-2hours with our luggages in central London. The gesture to send a staff down to check us in was nice, but it is to the detriment of the overall check-in experience. Would advise the property to consider other check in methods. For an apartment managed by a company, the consumables provided are rather limited. Toilet rolls and tide pods for laundry are cheap items when compared to the price of the booking. We were okay to purchase these items own our own expense as they aren’t exactly pricey, but do consider providing more, especially for longer stays for 4 people, for the convenience of your guests. Granted, while the customer service offered to reimburse the costs of purchase of these consumables, I wasn’t credited yet as of the date of this review.

Beautiful apartment, spacious rooms, and well-equipped kitchen. Location was great, along the river with good views especially at night from the balcony. Though it is a 15min walk from the nearest underground station, there are bus stops nearby.

The only thing we didn't like was that im the master bedroom there was a light on the balcony that we couldn't find the switch to turn it off

I am an older man, bathtub/shower was difficult to get in and out, the tub sides are quite high. Requested a non slip mat, but did not receive one.

The apartment was large, 2 bedroom. Very nice kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, though very low to the floor. Location was not too bad, nearest underground was 10 minutes away. Scaffolding on the building was unsightly but didn't really interfere. London was experiencing an unusual heat wave in Sept. Apartment in not air conditioned. A fan was brought in after I called and requested one. Was not aware of the large security deposit. It was promptly returned after our departure.

The apartment was very modern, super clean and very well located. I traveled with a good friend of mine and we loved the fact, that each one of us had his own room and bathroom. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything we needed. And the view was spectacular! As we are dancers, we also loved the fact that the Base Dance Studios are around the corner. But also getting to Oxford street , Trafalgar Square and so on is easy via Uber or the metro. Communication was great and fast! We can highly recommend this place for a stay in London and we will definitely be back soon.

For longer term stays, could have had some extra supplies like cooking spray and other kitchen essentials as well as bathroom essentials like toilet paper. Some damage to skirting board in main bedroom, some of the bathroom fittings needed repair and we couldn't use the outdoor balcony because door was not able to be opened.

Great location along riverfront within walking distance to Big Ben / London Eye and city centre. Good communication with host.

Definitely could do with a good painting on walls and doors and Skirting as they were very dirty. The window blind fell down in one of the bedrooms. Lucky enough I knew how to put this back up myself. And a leg was broken on the dressing table. It's very expensive to stay here so i had expected it to be top class so was disappointed with that. And you don't have a river view only a tiny bit ...your view is of old buildings!

Did not like the ring camera (felt like big brother was watching us coming and going). Did not like that there was scaffolding next to the apartment with workers working making noises (would have been nice to had been informed about this prior to our stay). The tv and internet was hit or missed if it actually worked.

We were comfortable (for most parts). The apartment was in a great location near the Thames and it had some wonderful views. We enjoyed our stay in London.
