Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Fantastic property - best apartment I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean - welcome pack has everything you need to know. Owner is on hand to answer any queries. Parking available at reasonable rate but also an easy walk into town and train station.

United KingdomThe bed mattresses were not ideal for sharing a bed. They were very "springy," and moved too much when the other occupant moved, keeping the other awake. Road noise in the front bedroom wasn't ideal.
Lovely clean, spacious apartment with great facilities and amenities, right in the centre of Leeds. Thankful for the towels, extra bedding, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy check in and check out.

United KingdomBedding for the sofa bed hadn't been prepared and there was no pillow for the fifth guest. It would be great to have a cafetiere in the kitchen and full length mirrors in the bedrooms. The main bedroom faces onto the main road and is consequently quite noisy (and light from the street lights) so if you are a light sleeper take an eye mask and ear plugs.
The apartment was very spacious and well furnished with comfortable beds and two nice bathrooms with excellent showers. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The living area was comfortable with two sofas and a large dining table and chairs. The apartment was in an great location with easy access to the city centre and to Leeds Docks, and there is a car park just around the corner. Our host was very friendly and responsive to questions, even over the holiday period. We would happily stay again on another visit to Leeds.

KuwaitI enjoyed staying in Stylish and elegant city apartments, it was beautiful well decorated , very clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped , with new and clean kitchen tools , the dining table was well decorated , the , living room is quite spacious , with many windows, the bathrooms, I really admired how clean , the towels are clean beautifully folded with nice aroma, there was shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom, and for those who are interested like us there was bedat shower! 👍🏻 the owner was very kind coaperative and helpful , with quick reply to our emails, I strongly recommend this apartment for renting Hanan from Kuwait

United KingdomSomeone had been smoking before we arrived - so you could just smell that the entire time we were there. You shouldn't be allowed to smoke in the apartment. And a cigarette butt was found in one of the beds. When I raised it with the owners they did apologise, but when asked for the amount we were charged for cleaning to be returned I was ignored.
Really nice spacious apartment right in the heart of a wonderful city.

United KingdomThe noise levels from the street and an air conditioning unit it constant noise which we couldn’t control. Hard to sleep in the bedroom without en suite. Hard for ladies to do make up and hair as mirrors were high in bathroom and too far away to get close up.
