Spacious, airy, clean, quiet. Very well appointed with comfortable sofas and beds, loads of toiletries and very good showers. Bus stop at bottom of the road or tram line easy walk 5/10 mins away giving easy access to city centre. Lovely harbour area with plenty of restaurants and major supermarket very close by.

No complaints. Apartment is in a large modern building complex so could be anywhere - it was good to compare staying just outside the city v in the middle of town. You give up Edinburgh city centre ‘character’ but gain space, convenience/parking etc.

Lots of room in the apartment- easy parking in personal parking space. Clean, warm, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, good hot water etc. Key hand over was efficient and host friendly.

Super nice host, also there is a book with instructions about the property, the neighbourhood and the city. The flat was clean and really well equipped. Quiet and comfortable, everyone enjoyed.

Apartment was a great base for exploring Edinburgh. We were able to leave our car in the secure underground car park and used the regular bus service (stop is just opposite the apartment). The apartment was ideal for our family and very quiet at all times. It was clean, well-equipped and really warm despite the freezing temperatures outside!

The intercom / buzzer wasn't working. This only caused a problem for one out of the three takeaways we ordered - mainly because there was a problem with our phone, so not a fault with the apartment at all, but just to bear in mind that you have signal before ordering 😁

A very friendly and welcoming host - Thankyou! We cannot fault the flat at all. The showers were amazing. Sofas are comfy and lots of options for music/tv, also plenty of dining options on the usual apps. Large shopping centre with restaurants and bars less than a 15 minute walk away. There was also a 24 hour Asda less than a 10 minute walk away, which we used many times. A quiet, peaceful and lovely place to stay :)

The location was perfect! Right by the water…number 11 bus stop right by the apartments, 20 minutes later & you’re on Princes St. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, well equipped & very cosy. Comfy beds, crisp white linens & plenty of towels. Everything you needed for your stay was supplied, would recommend. Host was also very friendly & helpful. Would definitely come back.

Friendly rep was quick to respond about location and greeted us on site to show us how to access the property, also recommended some great restaurants in the area. Property is in good location with a number of good restaurants close by. Quiet and secure area with underground parking. Washer dryer in unit. Highly recommend, would stay again.

The ensuite bathroom - the floor was very slippery in fact one of us slipped - no great injury but is dangerous - maybe needed a non-slip mat on floor. The other bathroom with bath was excellent.
