Location was great for public transport and food shops, wasn't noisy, shower room was good and had nice warm under heated floor. Good microwave cooker, heating and lights good.

The pull out couch was stained and dirty, pillows didn't have pillow cases, they looked old and stained. The blankets that were there also looked used and dirty, however when we contacted the landlord he did provide more blankets and towels. There was a lot of noise after 10 pm. Cleary website says no noise after 10 pm, texted the landlord but never got the issue fixed nor a text back. But location was excellent, walking distance to Buckingham palace, big Ben, London eye and Victoria station.

The bathroom sink was so small it was basically for washing hands. No shelf in the shower for the shampoo etc, and some fixtures were falling off. The freezer door was broken in one part and the stovetop electric burner stopped working on our last day. Very little on which to hang our coats or clothes. These minor issues didn't bother us much, but if we had stayed for a longer time we probably would have felt inconvenienced.

The location was excellent, just a couple steps from the Pimlico underground station and a bus station, with plenty of taxis in the area. The place was generally neat and well equipped. No problems with the WiFi. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to get in.

It was a fourth floor and there is no lift. It’s not really an apartment, at least the one we stayed in. There was a little kitchen area with a microwave, toaster and water boiler but in general the room was tiny and there was no place to put our stuff.

The decor was nice and it was pretty clean.

Everything was excellent except of the behavior of the people who manage the property. When I called them 20-30 min before check-in the guy on the line hanged up on me in the middle of the sentence and all calls I made after that was canceled. I had issues to enter the property trough the main entrance door and they should be on the phone especially at the check in hour. I come to have a good time in London not to stress about if I be left outside of the property overnight. No one answered any calls or messages until I called the customer service, after that suddenly everything worked perfectly and they connected with me on WhatsApp. They said that the next day they are going to fix the door and it was easy for me to open the door the next day. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and clean, except the towels could be cleaner and there were only 2 bath towels, what about hand towels? It’s not pleasant to use the same towel for the hands and the body. When I arrived there was little cigarette smell in the kitchen, but it quickly dissipated. I would prefer completely not smoking rooms.

The best thing about this apartment is the location, the apartment itself it’s quite nice and nicely decorated. It is bigger than some of the small hotel rooms. It has a kitchen, living room area and a bathroom. Bathroom has a good shower.

Very noisy location. Very narrow stairs, no emergency fire ladder in room. Situated 4 floors up with no alternate exit. Photos on website landing page are obviously of the biggest suite/apartments, however to be fair the individual room pictures are accurate.

Location, cosy, pretty comfortable. Close to the river and on good bus routes all over London. Safe area at night. Well equipped and very clean studio.

Appt 4 - Basic hairdryer that stopped working. Shower head needs replacing (although water pressure is excellent). Only 1 pillow PP isnt good enough. No tea towel, so no way to dry breakfast dishes. No wardrobe, so minimal clothes/luggage storage. Room is much smaller than it looks online. Incredibly steep stairs, if mobility issues, this would be a serious concern.

Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to Pimlico tube stop. Bed was comfy, (but needs additional pillows) nicely decorated room

No advance warning prior to booking that there is no elevator. For someone with an issue climbing stairs (let alone with luggage), this is a game changer.

Nice apartment. Clean and had everything needed. Requested replacement hair dryer , extension cord and additional toilet paper, and all were supplied within reasonable time. Great to deal with.

We didn't know the room was on the 4th floor so it was hard for us as we had lots of luggage. The stairs were rather narrow and steep. Dust / water fell down from the ceiling (chimney?) at night.

The property was just by the underground station. Good bathtub.

If you have an elevator or let us know in advance so that we can make other arrangements to move our 2 heavy duty luggages, at lease required you to tell us ahead for the arrival.
