We received a very warm welcome. The double bedroom was spacious and spotless! It was lovely to have a huge selection of teas in the bedroom (and biscuits) and breakfast cooked to our preference and breakfast at a time that suited.

Hilary and John are brilliant hosts we were made to feel like friends rather than “B&B guests”. As soon as we arrived Hilary was there to greet us and even gave a hand with our luggage! Nothing was too much trouble; Hilary was so kind and thoughtful. Hilary was so obliging meeting every need that we may have wished for. That included the timing of our delicious breakfasts and advice on any local walks, beaches and eateries in the area. The B&B is immaculate. Our bed was very comfortable. There was sufficient storage in the room with a wardrobe and plenty of drawer space too, a very up to date bathroom with a lovely hot shower. It was a great idea to have a fridge on the landing with fresh cold water and milk; this was replenished each day so was always fresh! Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices (including gluten free options). Without hesitation we would definitely recommend this B&B.

We were not disappointed at all

It was extremely clean and everything provided was to a very high quality standard. The decor was very tasteful , showing the owner had put great thought into presentation The hospitality tray was well presented , with various teas and coffee , and 2 packs of snack biscuits. The bed was very comfortable, and the bed linen was very good quality. Next day we had an excellent breakfast , of high quality produce cooked to perfection.

We were given a warm welcome and an introduction to a nearby good Italian restaurant. Our bedroom was very comfortable and was well appointed. We had the best breakfast of our holiday

Hilary had thought of everything to make our stay special, it was exceptionally clean, lovely comfortable bed, good size bathroom, lots of fresh white towels, plenty of choice of tea, coffee, fresh milk. Breakfast was fabulous. There was parking available at the house. We would highly recommend.

The only thing that could of been better was to have been able to stay there longer There isn't anything to fault nothing whats so ever .

By the way Hilary and John are a first class couple lovely and friendly seemed you had known them all your life .

Fabulous location, the best bed and perfect hosts. Second time we’ve stayed here and cannot fault a thing. Breakfast is the best I’ve had in a B and B, all cooked fresh. It’s worth every penny and we’ll be back again soon (specifically for cuddles from Rufus the dog!).

I cannot think of anything which could be improved

Everything about the experience was perfect . The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a packed lunch for one of our days out and Hilary went above and beyond to pack a banquet for us . The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated and the bed was soooo comfortable. The location was just right for us ,beach within walking distance with plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area

There wasn't anything we disliked everything was perfect

Hillary & John where the perfect hosts nothing was too much trouble. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and very comfortable we felt at home and we're able to relax. The breakfast was excellent. It was a 15 minute walk into Newquay. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend them.
