No Lift. No Mirrors .no dressing table. The outside of the property was very dirty & unkempt.

The staff were very helpful & tried their very best to right some problems

When I booked, a couple of months ago the reviews were good, but prior to our visit I was hearing mixed reviews…. When we arrived the hotel didn’t look like it in photos… looked quite run down.. our room wasn’t very clean and very unsafe in our opinions… there was open wires and one plus socket taped on… the toilet wasn’t even cleaned.. I had to clean it myself. Only provided one toilet roll… the mirror had a broken corner… I shouldn’t forget the tv remote was broken and grimy.. they shouldn’t even rented the room out.. compared to other rooms ours looked the worse.. Wouldn’t stay here again… Unless there’s some big changes…

When we arrived the staff were lovely explained al of the details of the hotel itself, the hotel was also in a brilliant location but the place looked so ran down. In the room the bed was comfortable, gave you free soaps and shampoos and two towels. The lock system was good and felt safe inside the building They also provided free teas and coffees, even though there was a open tea packet mixed in with the new ones

the bed sank in the middle so my partner and I kept rolling together no furniture other than the bed no bin two pillows in one pillow case the curtain was too long and didn’t fit the frame, having no nets meant I couldn’t have the curtain open without the hotel next door looking in tea, coffee and kettle on the window sill so milk was sour and kettle lead only just reached the plug socket no floor plan or fire escape poster in the room room key said 13 but we were in 12a I can honestly say this is the worst place I have every stayed and I have travelled a lot. At £51 a night I wasn’t expecting much but to not have the most basic things is very poor

The bed creaked very loudly. Sounded like horse. No hot water in the sink so filled it from the shower.

On arrival told to be out by 10am Friday. I paid to be out between 10 and 11. The stay didn’t begin well

The room furniture was tattered and cheap. The wardrobe had broken drawers. The bed mattress was like sleeping on rocks! The pillows were old and flat. The toilet seat was literally broken off! The sink was barely attached to the wall. There was a very loud pouring of water directly outside the window.

Location was in walking distance to the beach and shopping area.

No bin in the hotel room. 1 tea cup between 2 people. No hairdryer. The sheets didnt look clean. The plumbing was applauling and gave off a bad smell when used the taps and shower. The door to "en suite" was just basically a pull across blind. Weren't informed about the restaurant on site and no signs to show were it was so we eaten out all the time. The tap pressure was better than the shower pressure. Leftover hair in a pile in the bathroom from previous people. Werent even told how to use the TV and where the plugs were to switch it on. Wouldn't attend again for the price we paid definitely not worth the value.

The price we paid would have been for the location and not the qaulity of the hotel room. The hotel is just a minute walk from the main attractions of skegness

the staff were unwelcoming, property images DO NOT reflect the condition, still looks like a building site, advertised with parking (this isn’t true). I wouldn’t stay here again.

Asked for earlier check in room wasnt ready asked to come back later went back when told to do so still not ready room adnt been hoovered i told them not to bother cos didnt want people on room when personal belongings where in was told to leave key in door anyone could ave gone in Mattress sagged at one side my partner had a bad back from it Owners apologised for the mess as they where doing the building up carpets thread bear mirror broken in room sockets taped up Would not recommed it was awful

Matteres had springs coming out, room too small for a twin room. Not clean, 1 toilet roll, 1 towel each for 2 nights for 2 people. No staff around at night or not around during day. Not enough tea, coffee, sugar or milk.

electric socket hanging off the wall mattress too small for bed base, springs poking into your back, only 1 flat pillow no extras anywhere in room 1 bath towel each no hand towel, we where there 4 nights no where to hang clothes, no rail, no wardrobe no drawers no mirror in the bathroom sink too small to have a wash in, like a closet sink light on wall didnt work

As information provided by the company was false half of our group had to be relocated to a different hotel. There is no access for disabled customers despite us being told there is. Hotel and room although clean are tired and run down. Live wires hanging from sockets were shocking (literally!). Most plug sockets in the room were faulty and/or taped up. Shower was warm eventually.

Staff on arrival were helpful. Location is good.

The hotel needs a lot of TLC and staff. Looks scruffy on the outside due to lack of care put into it. Placed on the top floor and stairs are steep with NO lift. Half of the hotel blocked off as it’s been turned into flats. Never any staff around and definitely not as shown in pictures. Bedroom and en suite was plain, carpets not hoovered, crawl space open in bathroom as board broken, windows dirty, no clean towels so good job we took our own, shelf on wall hanging off, curtains didn’t fit and no welcoming feel

The location is probably the best part about this hotel. Close to beach and pier.

The room was ok , nice view but thats it. No hot water and when I told the guys who was managing the jotel he said he will call the plumber but still no hot water ( was the second night ) No wifi and it wasn't nobody available if a emergency occur. The worst hotel .

The room wasn't as described or on the pictures at all Very very basic Provided a kettle yet no mugs or cups, no tea or coffee, nothing. Hadn't been cleaned properly, dirty carpet with bits all around the bed that hadn't been hoovered properly 2 people in the room and only one bath towel and one hand towel Very cheaply done, not really worth the money for 2 nights Shelf was falling off the wall Windows were dirty Dirty laundry left from previous candidate staying in the room Was very disappointed in the accomodation on the whole

The hotel was run down no WiFi . my wife has a different room to me and found off milk no bin shower was cold. Spells of paint. No parking. A lot of noise from people arguing in lobby.

Room had been repainted to freshen it up but lights, sockets, carpet, sink, Lino in bathroom all had paint on them so no care taken which is a shame. Room was missing a handle on window so if you did want it shut you were stuck, you could see it on roof below.

Refurbishments were taking place. We had 2 rooms 1 was okay the other didnt have anything in it but 2 beds and one tiny bedside cabinet. There wasn't any where 2 hang clothes. We did ask for a mirror and another table which they found for us .the window sills were dirty and one of the towels. The hhot water ran out quickly
