As the property slept 7, some more comfortable seating would have been good and more mugs as there were only 4. Also some table mats needed as we were worried about marking the table.

This was a modern, functional place to stay - the younger family liked the cool cellar in all the heat though it smelled a bit damp down there. Nice courtyard out back to sit out and watch the summer stars.

The bath needs a mat inside the bath. when you step in to have a shower it is very slippery, an accident could easily happen. The patio area is a let down. The seating area was dirty and full of leafs. It needs varnishing or painting. The walls need a lick of paint as it is very scruffy looking. This wouldn’t cost much to do and would make it more inviting. A shame as it lets down a lovely property.

the property was lovely and spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. the bedrooms were large and beds comfy. The bathroom was lovely and shower with plenty of hot water.

The only problem we had was not getting the number of the key safe before hand like they had communicated they would and we had to wait outside and call the agent 3 times before we could access the property.

The house itself was perfect for what we needed. Nice clean accommodation, everyone slept well and the house had everything you needed apart from an iron.

The lock box was a bit difficult to put the keys back into but otherwise no problems

The house was modern and clean. There was plenty of space for 6 of us and check in was easy.

The house was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, front room/dining area was comfortable. Bedrooms all had plenty of space and beds we're comfortable. Bathrooms had everything we needed.

Our initial accommodation was cancelled and instead we were put into two separate apartments (these could only be describe as poor student homes). We found the keys in the apartment which was unlocked, this was concerning as the front security door did not lock, in fact it wasn't even connected to the door frame. The apartment block was dirty and run down. On entering the property, it was dirty, smelt of smoke and the fire alarm was hanging out of the ceiling. there were stains all over the walls, urine stains on the mattresses and no toiletries other than two rolls of toilet paper, there was a kettle but no base to boil water and the floor boards were separated. This company have shown themselves to be unprofessional, untrustworthy and has left me feeling like I was scammed. It is now 10 days after my visit and I am still to receive my deposit back, in addition they thought offering me a £10 gift voucher would make up for this horrific experience. This experience ruined my friends 50th birthday!

When the dishwasher is opened the entire kitchen panel underneath falls down. Having read another review on the property from October 2018, this issue was raised then and still hasn’t been addressed. There were two bed side lamps in the main bedroom that did not work, because there were no light bulbs. Outside Appearance – This could be improved by removing the array of cleaning materials, cleaning the decking and cutting back some of the dead plants. There are tied, exposed electrical wires in the kitchen. Part of the sofa is ripped. Outside the top bedroom there is a large piece of flashing hanging off the roof, which is a hazard. The shower head is broken in the main bathroom, which means you have to hold the shower head to have a shower. The carpet is risen up at the top of the basement stairs, which is a serious tripping hazard and the grippers are exposed, which is dangerous for anyone walking around barefoot. The carpet in the doorway to the main bedroom is thread bare and it has the grippers exposed. Shoes have to be worn throughout the property to avoid injury. The ensuite shower is very awkward to use based on the width of the shower cubicle, along with the centrally located large risen plug and the pull out tap. It works fine as long as you do not want to move positions in the shower. When turning you tend to hit the tap which can cause the water to go very hot. The blind cord is broken in the main bedroom. The blind in the lounge has frayed material.

This property is centrally located, had comfortable beds, good towels and plenty of hot water, as long as one shower is being used at a time.
