We weee given the wrong property. We booked a hot tub caravan and needed disabled access however we did not have this!

Checking out at half 9. Most places I've stayed are between half 10 and 12.

Easy to get to. Staff very friendly, very polite and very helpful. Caravan was spotless, lovely and warm. I'll defo be coming back again.

The swimming pool desperately needs updating. We have used it a couple of times before, very cold, small, shallow - not usable for swimming and need wetsuit to keep warm! Changing rooms need updating. Many of the slot machines broken down.

Great modern accommodation. Large fridge and large flat screen TV, which was needed due to poor weather. Family entertainment in the evening, meaning we could have a beer whilst our son played or joined in activities. Parking right next to accommodation. Fantastic power shower.

Our only issues were the check out time at 9:30am. You cannot check in until 4:00pm which is fine, however when staying Friday to Sunday you are rushed to leave instead of enjoying the morning on Sunday and don’t have value for money. We did not book this particular park for the club house, it was more to do with the location. Drinks are quite expensive at £9.10 for a cocktail in a small martini glass. To stay for location so that you can go exploring it is perfect.

We stayed in an eight birth static caravan. It was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in and was very clean. I would recommend however to take your own duvets and pillows as theirs were a little fousty. The shower was surprising and a definite 5/5. The Kitchen and seating area were lovely. Our static was located in a caul Di sack which was idilic and peaceful.

Expecting complementary tea bags, Internet service (is chargeable here). Couldn't use television.

Just wish there was more entertainment for kids in the park.

First impression was totally amazing with the warm and friendly welcome by the receptionist. Young lady at the reception was very helpful. Very impressed. Well done to her! We were even offered to check in slightly earlier than indicated time on the booking. Kids were allowed to use the pool before we physically check in as pool was closing 5pm. That was a real bonus to keep kids entertained. Accommodation was amazing despite it was right under a train line bridge. (bit of a surprise when you hear a train for the fist time - it was entertaining afterwards.. lol) Otherwise the park was very quiet and clean. Comfy beds too. We found everything we needed to spend our short break in the park. I would go back again.
