The WiFi coverage wasn’t good in my room, although it was very good in the lounge.

Lovely room where we were upgraded as ours was not ready. Great view of the bay and easy walk to eating places. Lorna was a lovely host and added suggestions for walks and eating places even if we did not make all of them. Overall a delightful stay.

Had a fabulous stay. Hosts were accommodating, warm and friendly. Knowledgeable about the area and happy to impart this so one can get a feel for what it's like to live on the Island of Bute. Great breakfasts. Feels like being in a home. Highly recommend this place. Hosts go out of their way. Genuine people. Offered and accepted an upgrade due to cancellation. Waterfront views.

I found the room and ensuite a little bit cramped

Just near enough the ferry for me to be able to walk. Very friendly, helpful owner who knew all about Rothesay. Breakfast choice was excellent.

The location was perfect lovely view ,room was great on suit fully stocked with water ,tea,coffee etc comfy beds Nothing was too much for Lorna she made us feel welcome . So much so that my grand daughter has requested we return again 😃 the morning we were leaving Lorna made our breakfast earlier than the set time as we were getting a early ferry which again wasn’t to much bother for her amazing customer service and appreciated First time staying over on Rothesay and thanks to our great experience at Sunnyside House it won’t be our last oh and the breakfast was Amazing cooked to perfection .

The front rooms have a great view over the bay. I was in a back room which is snug - but fine for one person.

Very welcoming host. Watch out for the full Scottish breakfast - it is VERY full! As a vegetarian, I was well-catered for. Delicious home-made jams. Great location.

Little space to get into the double bed on one side, but I was travelling alone so it did not matter.

Reclining armchairs in the bay window overlooking the bay were a real plus.

Parking can be difficult as it's on the street but we managed to park close by.

Very friendly and helpful lady running this lovely BnB. Lovely room with two comfy armchairs to enjoy the wonderful sea view. Great breakfast. Would recommend.

Our room had the most wonderful view over the Bay. Our landlady was very welcoming and friendly and particularly helpful with information on what to do on the island. Breakfast was all you would want. Such a good visit. I would thoroughly recommend this Guest House.
