Too many stairs. My patents are elderly and it was too much for them.

Bed and sofas could of been a bit more comfortable. Also sound on TV is a bit poor. Stairs are a killer if you don't travel light.

Excellent view from lounge/kitchen. Nice and clean. Great shower. All kitchen appliances and utensils supplied. Nice decor.

The upstairs and to the right as you look out were very noisy, children running up and down above, very early and a tumble drier next door that was pretty much on constantly, neither of these under your control.

The location was amazing, parking with the permit was okay, finding an available spot and be difficult but we were lucky. We had everything we needed for our weekend, looking at the beach is wonderful.

The large bed was too low and soft for anyone with back issues. Looking out of the windows all of the time. We could not help noticing they were very old and tired looking and in need of refurbishment/decorating. The view was spoilt as it was very noticeable. (Honest, constructive assessment) 🤗

I liked it all well, but it is an old house so you will hear the neighbors above you.

Nice, clean apartment right at the beach promenade with plenty of space for four. Easy check- in and check-out, all the equipment needed was there.

The comun space, the staircase that leads to the flat was not in good state. Such a shame as the flat looked great

I feel like I am picking at hairs really but - this is probably an easy fix - bedsheet was a little bobbly/well used in the single beds. Shower tray (appreciate it is not an easy thing to replace) is depressed in the middle, doesn't drain easily.

The flat was very clean and very well thought through/needs provided for. The hosts left a lovely touch with mince pies which immediately made us feel very welcome. We needed a place to stay while visiting family for Christmas and are glad we chose Sunrise View. Truly loved waking up to views of the sea and the sounds of the waves on the shore. Host were also highly responsive to our contacting them hours priori to arriving for arranging parking permit for our car. Towels fluffy and clean. Every necessary switch labelled clearly. Decent amount of cutlery and even plastic cups for children. Some games/books were available for rainy days and beach toys for sunny ones. Great location and we discovered super coffee place nearby. Thank you Vanessa and Trevor for all these lovely touches. Would highly recommend staying here.

Advance notice of being on second floor would have been appreciated. Not a major problem but may have packed differently (more smaller bags) as my husband has long covid and we had to get one heavy case up two flights!! Extra Cleaning charge as part of booking cost - seems high as like to think we leave as we found subject to laundry and maybe a hoover. Maybe consider a refundable deposit if issues with cleanliness at property. More choice on TV( not usually a concern) but needed to spend part of a day inside due to husband’s health. Or instructions if more available but we missed to access.

On the seafront so excellent views and across the road from the beach. Wide variety of shops and restaurants within minutes of the property. Free permit for parking was great - no extra cost.

Parking..Although a permit is provided for free parking the spaces are limited and on a first come first served basis. Having said that Weymouth’s parking is at premium and,having visited Weymouth previously,it is better than most. and we managed to park approximately 400 metres away from the property.

Exceptionally clean & spacious . The extra touches such as such as milk ,tea ,coffee & biscuits ,toiletries & books & games made it feel like a home from home. The location was excellent, in the heart of the esplanade just a short walk from the town centre and directly overlooked the beach providing an incredible view across the bay. The hosts were excellent & couldn’t be more helpful. I would highly recommend this property & will certainly return in the future.

Beds a little soft for our liking (certainly one of the singles would have been unusable for adults, but fortunately our 3 year old used it!), Bin too small, no obvious refuse / recycling collection instructions (we used street bins - is that right?) but no other complaints.

Location, superb. Property v. clean, facilities all to a good standard.

The only thing I would change is the bin in the kitchen…difficult to open and not very hygienic to have to keep touching the lid.

Over zealous communication. I refuse to take the rubbish out. We were paying good money which should have included this service. It is actually illegal to deposit domestic refuse in a council bin.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with fabulous views. It was clean and very comfortable. Parking was easy despite being on the street. We highly recommend this flat to others.

The apartment is at 2nd floor, so be prepared to take your luggage through stairs. Also the bed is too soft for me.

The location is just across the beach, very convenient to walk around the esplanade and enjoy the beach. If the weather is good, you can expect a spectacular sunrise and sea view from the window. The apartment is also very well maintained and super clean. It has all the facilities we need; kitchen with all cooking equipments, toilet amenities and washing machine.
