Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful historic inn, lots of period features. We stayed in the Eln room which was amazing! We opened the door and just thought “wow!” Great central location to explore Beccles town centre. Every little detail thought of in the room, very comfortable bed. Huge bathroom. Little extras like pots of porridge. Absolutely loved it! Definitely recommend. Staff were so friendly and helpful too. A perfect stay & we will definitely be back!

Personal opinion the stick man light was a bit creepy & whilst wash hand basin looked lovely not practical.

Very squeaky floorboards in the room above us , caused lack of sleep , really needs to be sorted somehow .

Couple of minor points; would be great to have hot chocolate as a beverage option and on my last visit there was no bottled water in the room (William) - all fixable stuff.

Regular visitor and that says pretty much everything, great location, friendly management/staff, well appointed, clean and very comfortable.

Would have been good to be able to eat in the evening but I am aware of difficulties for businesses these days. Parking was a bit tricky but overcame it.

History. Quiet. Location. Interesting. Tasteful. Staff went above and beyond to carry out daughter’s wishes for my birthday. Left a lovely cake outside my door.

No parking at Inn but that's Beccles! Found a reasonably priced (£4 per day) car park within 5 minute walk.

The wet room in the bathroom, I would prefer an enclosed shower or shower in the bath The bathroom is lovely just the shower not enclosed makes everything wet

The property was lovely and had beautiful features in the room. It was cosy room and had a little fridge with water and refreshments!

No breakfast was a big letdown and the small double in the eaves was a little claustrophobic. We were staying Sunday morning and there were few breakfast options as most cafes were closed on Sunday.

Nice central location and unusual, traditional, rustic features (internal courtyard, original beams) coupled with lovely touches like free iced & bottled water, porridge bowls, good quality showering products, fluffy towels. A well stocked bar and a high quality food menu.

Absolutely beautiful set up, a modern rustic feel with all the traditional features of the historic building and modern fixtures and fittings. Loved having a book swap shelf in the room.

Lovely room, a few cobwebs but generally we'll kept, they did ha 2 out of date complimentary choccy bars

Location is great price point is good for the size of room and facilities.

Nothing, just perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed in Margot which was a beautiful room tastefully decorated. Despite being in the heart of the town it was very quiet in the room. Nice touches such as bottles of water and a fresh jug left in the fridge and porridge pots for the morning. The staff we encountered made us feel very welcome, a real home from home! Would thoroughly recommend this little gem of a guest house.
