Staff mixed up my receipt with someone else's. So I had to return to hotel to collect mine, as I travelled for work.

Great location, perfect breakfast, clean and comfortable room, warm and nice. Will visit again definitely.

Room very comfortable with bath and shower and very comfy king sized bed. Excellent location nearSwansea Marina and Arena with car park adjoining. staff very welcoming and smiley. Breakfast freshly cooked as you wait and watch. a lovely overnight stay to attend a concert in the Arena. Beautiful view of Swansea Bay from room.

There was a drip from the window onto the window ledge when we arrived, which we reported. There wasn't a full solution, but some towels were placed down to avoid the dripping noise and damage!

The public areas are clean and well maintained. The reception and breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean with a nice view over the marina. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable choice. The location is excellent for the beach and Swansea Arena.

Overpriced for standard rooms. Very expensive when demand is higher - one night £94, next night £244 when there was an event on in the arena. Old, noisy, fan based, air conditioning and heating. Too loud when trying to sleep. Metal radiators were very clanky during the night. Window units are blown with condensation inside and therefore cold and no view. The recent renovation is mostly cosmetic.

The windows at the property desperately need updating. Loads of condensation, pealing paint, draft, mould and unfortunately, a limited view outside because of these issues. The fridge door would not stay shut. The restaurant is quite expensive.

System of payment was confusing. When checking in an extra £50 was taken which I understood to be for credit in bar etc. however we were refused credit in the bar that evening and explanation at reception was not really acceptable. However this was rectified without any problems when checking out.

When I arrived I was surprised to be asked how often I wanted my room serviced- every 3 days, daily , or not at all -I asked for daily servicing so was disappointed that the tea/coffe milk was not refreshed, neither was the bathroom cleaned or the wet towels replaced - I usually stick with one set of towels but there is nowhere in the room to dry them - one towel was removed on day 3 of 4- but not replaced with a dry one . I ended up going out to buy my own tea an milk for the room. The other comment I will make is that the huge air sourced heater under the window was very NOISY! too nosyto sleep - so I ended up turning it off and using the silent convector heater instead - The noise pit me off EVER getting one for my house

My room was cold. I had to put on the heater and wrap myself in the double duvet to keep warm at night. I asked for a blanket and this improved my comfort on the second night.

Convenient to Swansea City. Easy for my son to pick me up. Parking for guests was free.

This hotel is in a great location, right by the sea front and just a short walk into the bars and restaurants in Swansea. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The only thing that previously let it down was the dated decor. Now this has been updated with fresh and tasteful decor and furnishings it will be my first choice when visiting Swansea.

Summer duvets in winter. Glad I brought sleeping clothes. Air con was not operating but the but heater was full on so the room was comfortable . I wasn’t aware of the £5 parking fee per day.

Nice hotel in a very good location with the marina and beach both close by and in good walking distance to the shops in the centre. Two rooms booked and the reception made sure the rooms were near each other. Bar was nice and staff friendly. Restaurant for breakfast - staff very friendly and all round good experience with nice food. Would recommend.

The prices of food were awful, went in one night was a bit hungry asked how much a pot noodle was and when they said £5 I nearly fell to the floor. We used Wetherspoons for our food, it was so much cheaper, you couldn’t even get a sandwich for less than £12 in the hotel, it was ridiculous.
